To have good stats you need to be able to carry your team unfortunatly. If you are checking and comparing stats, you need to look for each ship or class of ships. People who play battleships a lot will have higher dmg stats than people who play destroyers or cruisers.
To have a positive win rate you need to win more than doubble of what you lose. If you lose 3 times in a row, you need to win 6 times for the win rate to be the same like when you started to play. If you play a lot during weekends your stats will drop.
I know players that have got burned out chasing stats and devaloped an addiction. Its not healthy. Try to improve and have fun. Its your game and just becouse your stats are not top doesnt mean that you are a bad player.
