Okhotnik does not have DCs, as mentioned by Prophecy82 above. They more or less conrfirmed that the omission of DCs from Leone and Okhotnik is not an error/bug.

Yeah, good clans are mostly running double Ryujo. We did try ELs, but there are honestly so few DDs around and due to permaspotting they're not that much of an issue anyway, that you don't really need EL's USP. Let's see what happens. The ultimate fu would be banning or restricting Huanghes and other popular smoke cruisers (Huanghe even has good AA!) because they are "too popular" while doing nothing about CVs. Translation = getting in the way of all the permaspotting, cross-torping CV fun!

I'm pretty sure these tokens are going to be used on some kind of "surprise" boxes. That is why. They want to teach the player base that everything of value must be obtained from random boxes, even things that you get for "free" (i.e. by investing your time).
