Go to WOWS Karma.com. You can post as many positive or negative points as you want and leave comments and replay videos. Really good if you want to prove another player's skill or lack of it, and to report bad language in-game, etc. Tells you how much in-game Karma a player has and also has its own in-house Karma system. https://wows-karma.com

Having just played and lost a tier 10 game in a line ship, I felt compelled to write about the unfairness of matchmaking and the introduction of submarines into tier 10 random battles. I am not the greatest of players and I am sure by now, some of you are reaching for the WoWS stats to check. Matchmaking does not usually worry me, but with the introduction of subs it does now. Having had to grind my way up to Tier 10 and learn the mechanics and skills involved in higher tier games and the wish not to let teammates down, I really object to the introduction of subs, in the fact that anyone can rent a sub and enter a tier 10 game with no experience and no knowledge of positioning or tactics, let alone communication. This is why we grind and learn. So imagine my surprise when playing a tier 10 only battle and the 2 subs on our team are in division, and both have only played 137 games in WOWS, with only 3 tier 5 ships between them. Wargaming has to limit the rental subs to your maximum line tier because this is ruining the game. I am lucky enough to be able to play during the week when the children are at school, but for those who have played for years and have limited time to play particularly at weekends, this will seem a pointless waste of time. I enclose a screenshot that I think you will agree proves my point and I can only hope that Wargaming picks up on this, or at least makes the Arms Race permanently available so we can avoid subs or at least bad results.

Karma is a way of the player's self-policing, all in favor of it. You may not know but Karma .com has started and this has a real sting in the tale for bad players as you can leave comments on all aspects of their faults. Some players may not care but when it is established it will be the goto place for clan leaders to see if prospective clan mates are team players and respectful within the game or out and out idiots with no skill. You can of course leave good comments.

I have been playing WOWs for about a year, not that good but really enjoyed the game. I have done the grind and have tier 10 ships, i participate all aspects of the game and even enjoy the frustration of ranked and also Clan Battles. However in the last few months, in particular ,this month (May) the enjoyment seems to be slipping away and many of my team mates seem to be turning to the Dark Side , you know the one i mean ,the cheaper looking, all in one chinese type copy "War Thunder". Is it me or are the long awaited Subs arrival combined with the new matchmaking turned people away. If i can just explain and please tell me if you disagree. The matchmaking needed fixing but it has now become predictable with looking at the teams before thew battle starts you can almost predict the winners without the team stats being available , just look at the emblems V the patches (works nearly every time). So when i start a battle i already know the result and as soon as you see the positioning of most of the enemy ships, yuo just know how it's going to turn out . The other point is that this Sub battle is a disaster. I have played a couple in a DD and was frustrated with the subs .Not because of the damage caused but because the whole game dynamic changed and what was worse the sub in each team in my first battle just camped out together next to an island , it changed the game so much, ships were giving islands they would normally use as cover(which is essential for some light cruisers) a wide birth and then being targeted by the BB's. The in game chat was terrible and people were fed up and so as ashamed as i am i sunk both subs torped my teammate and depth charged the other(screen shot to prove it), only then did the match return to being fun. I love this game for so many reasons, however i felt the need to say the game is changing and i see people drifting from it. Wargaming you have a great game , but if you loose the original and pure format of the game i think you will loose your core base of fans . They will simply drift on. War Thunder is not a scratch on WOW's . Thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings , i'm happy to to read any points you wish to raise good or bad please comment PS WOW"S please bring back 1v1 Ranked the absolute purest , exciting ,rewarding and most of all NO EXCUSES form of the game.

1 Semantics 2 Do you honestly think that Wargamings version of active players reflects the true figure. 3 do you really have the time to play both games, because i don't. i Tried it and if the Guns boats are anything to go by, it's way to fast and less logical. 4 Like i said I try but please don't tell me you haven't just blapped a ship ,turned around and 1/2 your teams missing. You know, that WTF moment. All i'm saying is i will always try but when you know , you know.

I agree that emblems give you an indication as to how much time a player has spent in the game but i have team mates who use the stats along side the the team list for every game and with the Emblems and clan tags i can pick out the good players before they can say "this one is Unicom and oh crap CV is super Unicum and i'm in the only DD." and for the record i wish the stats were not available until after the game as it is too easy to target poor players and avoid the flank with 3/4 super uni's.

I said it looks like a chinese version (cheap). Player numbers in every game always get bigger, but played less. If i leave the game tomorrow , i'm still a player. You don't get any better at the game with new players you just get easier kills and a dilution of skill and idiots calling everyone Nub because they haven't played 10000 games . WT matchmaking is not my problem , i don't play it. Never give up , if i'm in a bad team i still play to win and strive to get the best score that i can get. I will always encourage team mates that it's not lost yet.
