Attempted to purchase the 75,000 Doubloons package a few days ago and although the payment has been taken from my bank account the Doubloons have not been added to my WoW account. Player Support are telling me that the purchase was not made via any of their servers and they cannot trace the transaction. Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so was it resolved to your satisfaction and if so, how was it resolved? Any WoW community help on this mater would be greatly appreciated. My apologies, it was the 25,000 Doubloon package that I attempted to purchase not a 75,000 Doubloons package as previously stated. The purchase was made through the World of Warships game site but as previously mentioned the Doubloons have not been allocated to my WoW account. Very sorry for any confusion caused.
