You must be doing it wrong... my Agincourt shreds DD at ranges of up to 8.3km with utter dedication. With unmodified 900k+ base 2ndary DPM, it's quite fun.

While I am playing T10 in coop exclusively, I have permacamos and/or special ships. Even without the occasional free premium time, I usually make a plus of 100k or more. You have to be at or close to the top, of course, and in coop this is tied to how much havoc you wreak upon the enemy, as there is little time and reward for taking caps. Then, you need some luck to get a decent team composition - the more inept teammates you get, the more damage will be there to farm. For this, you should take either a fast ship, or one with long range guns, or the game will be over before you get anything into you sights. Having more than one weapon system is highly useful. My most efficient coop ships are ships with both guns (decent 2ndaries are also welcome) and torpedos, and as an IJN/KM main I got a bunch of this type of ship.

There is no budget anyway; I spent it all on jets in WT when Gaijin cut their prices in half instead of coming up with lame anniversary tokens.
