Another simple thing would be to block noobs from VIII - X games, and it won't happen because of $$$. If you do not like to face experienced players at low tiers, don't play at low tiers. I'm playing low tiers exclusively now - because I'm fed up with WG's stupid and ever expanding plane fetish.

I would suggest everything that has radar or plane squadrons.

Historically, CV were introduced to end the rule of BB. Accordingly, the prime targets of CV have been other CV and BB, and only if those weren't around minor targets of opportunity - like DD - were attacked. Yes, WG do live in and have created an alternate historical reality, yet still the main opponent of a DD is - and should be - an enemy DD (though WG utter nonsense like "submarines will fight their main targets, DD and cruisers", implicating that submarines would pose a serious threat to DD). Correction: An average or good CV player can.

You are not forced to play ONLY T10. You can always play some lower tiers to earn credits (or get good enough to make a plus at T10).
