Well, without knowing your stats... difficult to tell.

Botting with DD is apparently more difficult. No automatic 2ndary damage, no tanking for a prolonged time, not getting spotted in spawn and thus activated before the game is over....

If I haven't played a line for a long time, there is a reason (it is crap and/or I don't like it), and while I would have no qualms to reset it, I would never even think about regrinding it (because I would have ships which I don't want to play in my port again). And because you only lose stuff by resetting a line, I give it a pass.

You can spend FXP to train commanders.

The game distinguishes between signals and flags. While the term "signal flag" is sometimes used for signals, the term "flag" is - at best - both a comprehensive term for signals AND flags, or only for flags, but never for signals alone.
