There have been widespread disconnects the last 3-4 hrs to most of my games. I asked in chat in 10 straight games about them and players from both teams agreed the problem is very real and terribly catastrophic as it messes up with a weekly mission we can't do on time or in the time we have since some of us have a social life and our time is limited.

Dont go there man. This topic will bring some 'forceful' personalities out. Touchy subject. My advice. Drop the ship for a week. Play co op for 2-3 games then stop playing and come back at a crazy hour to try some random, you may have interesting results then. Good luck o7

CONSTANT DISCONNECT!!! PlZ FIX! it started about half an hour ago. I'm in Greece Both times was in a CV. Still hasn't reconnected and dis 5 (FIVE) MINUTES LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't do the missions and I have limited time to play. DO SOMETHING! This is totally unplayable at a crucial moment

Cowards probably. Nothing to be ashamed there. Most people are. although it could be for economic reasons (?) Trying to raise some creds to pay for service. If they are broke from overspending cuz reasons like I am -it is as gut idea as any?

I agree. A captain should be able to improve moar albeit slowly or wit the addition of an assistant captain or 1st officer in the skill tree, it is a very good idea.

Deto torps are the worst you'll face but its expensive ammo so it is sparsely used Bad luck

CVs are not to blame for everything. Good teamwork can trouble average cv players enough to give even chance but opting out as u suggest (while I support all rants) is not a good idea. Having option to exclude a class of ships can turn the game very predictable and dull. CVs will go first ok, then subs (if and when), then dds cuz some people hate them, prob the HE-spamming cruisers some other people hate those. Not much left after that. I hate dds that know their sh*t when I'm in CV, AA cruisers too but not all. Unless it's the weekend then I hate my team and my life. I hate radar cruisers when in a dd more than I hate CVs, though I hate em too. Some CVs suck so I kinda like 'em. I hate everyone but dds (them I blap np) in my cruisers cuz I suck prob unless its a UK line, then I dont mind I'm gut wit them, but not in weekends. I suck in weekends in all cruisers. yea I hate dds in my BBs and some cruisers but not all. CVs I don't give a damn unless its some unicum but those are like martians in Tahiti. Pretty rare.

I havent lost my cool in about a month and I almost lost it today :) If its any consolation, operations and co op is full of 'free-spirited' players so there's equal frustration :D

Again the changes messed up sound, I hear no gunfire now. It was fine previously. Also the game seems slower. Plz stop 'improving' stuff. AND DONT CHANGE MY SOUNDS EVERY TIME. Thank you

I play less and less every day. Nowadays as little as one game, before logging out.

I lost a game by the time I did a second rocket run on an enemy dd. I killed it but my next attack would be the last as we lost a convoy of ships that sailed it a wall of torps somehow. Won the next game pretty much same way, doing minimum dmg and I stopped playing since I just couldn't find any satisfaction either way :)

I;ve run onto a couple of pretty decent bot CVs but cant remember the mode, it wasnt random those guys are awful

WG would do this for as long it's allowed to, make as much coin as possible before the hammer falls.

You seem sure that changing it will make it better. I'm not as sure, people complained about the rts CVs too.

Ram it

A semi-competent CV player will come for you if you are spotted or spend some time searching the usual dd hangouts until you're neutralized. I find AA cruisers very annoying at start of games so I avoid them (so living near them helps) but that doesn't last. Best bet is to remaining unseen for long enough so the battle progress will favor your advance (after an enemy flank collapses and the road is clear) but again a good CV player will guess a dd is leading the enemy advance and will come for you. Some of the other advice here is helpful if you have help from the team ( a AA cruiser near) and a good skill level. I kinda know the decent dds and inform on them in chat early on so the team can focus on them in case I miss. CVs need a bit of help from their team too it's not that one sided but still the odds are 80-20 against the dd usually. So pretty horrible.
