There were a couple of people here yesterday and earlier that called me a horrible, jealous person and a minority for voicing my questions regarding this matter. They took turns to prove the unprovable and to explain the unexplainable. The fact that you replace real money with creds and real time spent with a similar product to the one you had with the camo. That regrinding a ship on a line you have finished costs time and effort and probably even more real money. You don't have to do it ofc, you don't have to do anything and yes compensation is given... but the thing is lads nobody asked for this change, nobody initiated. It could have been handled better imo. Instead the big boys came out, all manly and full of scorn and all but crucified those that dared to voice their skepticism. A quick read on the two main threads for this will reveal what was said here the last couple of days. Funny thing in all dis is I didn't have a bone in the fight, but I couldn't keep quiet and not point out simple truths. My final thoughts is that dis is a minor discretion and inconvenience but it underlines a way of thought people will face again in the future. It is not customer friendly, again imo.

Each time I use some boost in my dds (whenever I play them) I find to curse and wish I had more reload juice. Take reload man. You try to avoid engagements but they find you, you want provoke something again it is needed. I always cheapen out and then go back and spend dubs to take reload boost.

I purposefully wrote entrapment as I asked around in the office (granted in a casual manner - A Legal Firm I must add) they worded it as a t10 camo which is ambiguous as it kinda serves both silver and gold ships, it appears they left themselves a loop hole cleverly and that can be frowned upon, or pressed even if you can find a sympathetic judge. Not an easy task to pursue. But hey I did mention as well that these cases are thrown out due to very low monetary value to be taken seriously (even 60 euros is not enough of sum to move the needle) or even proven for malice and most companies try to quickly refund (without really 'paying' before complains gather momentum). I don't really disagree with what you say, but they don't have carte blanche to do whatever they want (i got the impression you were advocating that) and they can get in trouble. WG for example is delving more and more into that grey area you mentioned, which while profitable can potentially bring em trouble. Their biggest asset probably is they are stationed (I'm not sure about this) probably in Russia, which kinda has its own set laws I believe concerning rights, or more accurately don't follow the European norm totally.

Isn't Moskva considered a licensed digital asset? What European Law? german? Greek? Since WG charged a price for it that specified client usage of the asset for life (or as long as the game is on) it can be sued for false advertising and entrapment and a dozen other minor and more serious offenses. While most courts don't deal with these cases, in most countries in Europe the legal system passes laws to protect the customers. WG didn't offer equal refund which is the universal acceptable form of compensation and the reason why most those cases are thrown out. It's 20 euros, most companies would return that back or give a camo (eg another equal digital asset). But they didn't.

Hmm, perhaps I didn't make myself clear. I was the last ship left in most of my games, me and the subs. Not always, but most times it is how it went. I didn't say I lose from them always, since I too move about like crazy in these mode, but killing them? hmm, idk pretty tricky. Obviously you are way better players so that also plays role. Just out of curiosity, how many of these pack of subs you guys faced were divisioned? cuz the normal duos usually ram eachother, I must say I played way over 100 games till now so my overall memory of the event is murky. -

I may be slow af at times, but this 'proof' you show has one of the WG Staff saying that he'll get back to you or whatever that means, it is pretty difficult to figure out with certainty if that counts as official or what exactly the lovely gentleman means. But it kinda implies it, I give you that so I will accept it, according to dis you are right. I hope for all our sakes not to get duped again

First of all, I can't take your word for it. I don't know you mate and you talk pretty smart so ease up a bit. Are you saying that if you don't research Nevski, WG will count the line as finished despite that? Because you had previously researched Mosvka, it is okay then now not to finish the line, this is what you officially suggest in the forums for all the captains here to do. You are brave. I only agree with the last sentence, your other stuff are ludicrous and not even worth mentioning.

I was like you when I started playing against them. Very optimistic. I was just facing new captains ( they are many) But play enough and you will face the real gurus, usually in packs. They are unkillable. They abuse the fook out of the system and the reaction time you have to make the drop is miniscule and they know it. I low key suspect they play CVs in their alt accounts haha :D -
Btw, the Americans are complaining at Reddit, the camo disappeared. People are low key freakin' out

dont buy the perma camo until you check what WG gives with this one, you might like it. I have Graf and while I love the old camo shown, right at this point I'm in no mood to buy anything. -

They clearly troll man, there's no way they don't get what has happened, unless they are paid, bribed or otherwise compensated to say these stuff. Half of what they write about those that complain about being duped are outlandish, not to say outright insulting.

Somehow you believe this is right. In your mind you have convinced yourself in your right to pass judgement on other people, and decide what the majority should do, which is to bend to your will and accept their fate. You and your well known friend that readily insulted me in the other thread without the mods reacting for obvious reasons, have taken upon yourselves to characterize all those that mention their distrust, and discomfort on what is happening as petty, horrible, jealous misanthropists and whatever other adjective you've fished out. Without any decency or shame you attack players that disagree with part or the whole event without being unrealistic at any point (almost all democratic countries in the world have laws that protect customers for shady practices like these showcased here) going even further. You decide that it is because of jealousy and whatever other ill will against other players when no one, anywhere ever mentioned or said anything about other players. Everyone that has talked or voiced his concern has done it in a manner that clearly shows that he was duped, misled and taken advantage of. He's not trying to insult other players, nor attack and belittle them. But you are. A very strange reaction, makes one wonder. Do you have Moskva? Have you bought the perma camo? Have you researched it? Are you perhaps worried you will lose the freemium if WG backs out? Cuz the backlash can do that you know. Force them to back down. Your words and your actions only serve to make people angry. Don't be. Nobody forced or asked you. You inserted yourself in the conversation. If you don't understand what giving a car for free to one customer after you've gotten paid for it by another (ONE EURO OR 10K) says about the product or the salesman then I'm sorry, but to be honest I don't believe you.

I know you hate me friend, but this wasn't my argument. This was the 20th post I made on the subject in various threads. I explained pretty well what I think was right and I think was wrong in this decision. I'm not afraid about my ships for the reason you mention although I understand some people might do it out of jealousy as you state. Which is not something I would know. I can't read other people's minds. I'm talking about forcing people to regrind a t10 ship they have finished and masking their reaction by giving them a semi-premium. IS THIS NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING? A semi-premium (special) that some of the players HAD ALREADY PAID 5K dubs on to get similar benefits. Where's their compensation? You have used it already? Yeah. They've bought it. Good god. They should apologize for spending money now? I said I can understand their frustration. Why? Because not only they lose the finished line (for some it is their 5th leaving them with only 4 lines completed - a fact that disqualifies them from RB- ALL THIS I HAVE MENTIONED ALREADY) but they in contrast TO ALL ELSE have thrown dubs down the drain. Yes they have used the ship and gained from it BUT you can't punish yr clients for this! If someone sold me a car for 10k and the next month or year the car was given for free I would be pissed. Wouldn't you? Are you the un-jealous type? Is this what the feeling is called? Because where I am from we use the 'got ye fooled there old boy, better luck next time' I don't mind the event. But the handling was piss poor. I have the Graf btw and won't be getting anything as well. Have you seen me running around crying murder about it? no. You know why? I haven't grinded it, it wasn't a t10 silver ship that gave me RB privilege. I haven't bought a camo for it. No one wants to be forced to re do a line. Or throw money. I know it is being forced slowly on the playerbase, but that don't make it right. Now If WG does this for Yamato or the like, which I have all done up, I would be livid if I don't get compensated. And by that I mean, the creds, the dubs for the camo and the fxp to get the t10 that would replace it. It is what I had spend my time on. The last ship on the IJN BB line. Period. If I want a premium ( a proper one) i would go buy it. If they don't want to appear cheap give one day free demount of modules as a show of good faith. They didn't even do that for crying out loud
