Graf has excellent torp angles. With agile steering, you can torp an incoming ship and keep angled, you will see it in action soon. Cons, slow reload guns (same as sharn though), not the fastest cruiser and okaish AA for the tier (Wit fighter). It is best played like its bigger sister, popping out of behind a rock amidst the sheep, or popping hydro and expose everything for a long time. Not the best dd killer but with secs you have a Gaede firing along wit you, plus 4 torps per side with nice spread , no one really wants to come near it haha :)

I'm sorry for your trouble. As said, we tried to make it fairer for those that got hurt by this but we faced extreme opposition in all the threads we tried to open. The bad guys won I'm afraid :/

I had it built for secs. I can shoot it darn well in OPs no matter the dispersion and have the (retired/sold) Bismark 19 pointer (sec built/tank) commander on it + longer hydro upgrade. Despite the unfair thin armor (unhistorical + considering the armor of lesser cruisers at same tier) GS will get in, wiggle, dodge, torp and cit while blasting with the secs (6Km?). It's not optimal but it is satisfying, you perhaps want to play around with other builds or captains but the bayern one is fine :) Great ambusher :D SI for sure, secs flag yes, speed useful, fire/torp flag good, it has heal so you don't care about fires so much, check the other options as well imo PS1 Put more hitpoints on it PS2 per usual i will close wit BUFF THE SPEE REEE! !

While I hated those pesky dds back in the mid ages, the gameplay had more savant moments, savvier, brainer idk, maybe it is just fondness for a lost era

They wanted to do it again, but since they've given 2 low tier premiums (russian) very recently they kinda had to let people play them somewhere, you can't make people take miko to randoms (even Kirov) without using a shotgun

I wanna see moar people defend the exclusion of the sub battles from the dock. To help alleviate some of the concerns I will give the first insight. They have too many bots in them, some of the missions (torps, spot etc) are EASIER to do in the LENGTHY sub battles haha :) Kinda like the removal of Narai to get fixed (nerfed) to stop people from using it to complete the other dockyard. When you get put yrself in a corner the easiest way to get out is to delete a wall or a game mode. Pretend it isn't there. But dis is probably conspiracy talk lolz :)

Last bit of confirmed info from the NA reddit. Those that have sold the t9 (Donskoi) will need to pay to rebuy it (and the modules) BEFORE they grind the Nevski. THEY WILL TO HAVE TO BUY A SHIP AGAIN, to GRIND A SHIP AGAIN THEN BUY THAT TOO, TO FINISH A LINE THEY HAVE ALREADY FINISHED. I believe this settles the argument about 'profit' once and for all. As a matter of fact you LOSE creds from the whole ordeal, and in the end whether you keep or sell the ship (this was never a topic anyway, just a smokescreen) works only as a bandage As I have said multiple times, majority of people will have to buy TWO ships, 10-12 modules (t9 t10) to recomplete the line.
