I am a point in life that I can't add any stress to what I've had on, and I think lots of people are migrating to co op these days, judging by what I see in my games there and the constant posts here about the quality of the new players populating randoms.

Yes that is true. I wrote it like that though having in mind that most people don't have a lot of 19 pointers. Yes you can fxp it and use him on a similar ship or line if you have, but Moskva was a weird cruiser.

Funny thing is, it took me ages to figure out that getting killed so early in the game wasn't part of dd gameplay, I thought it was normal. Perhaps is why I always try to sink a dd in the first 2 mins in my Cv now :) also to reenact my first encounter with an RTS carrier :O

I am at 55-58% now in current WR according to the new site, but I can't reroll mine (I have alt though on other server) as my own 3k early 'potatum' days are amongst my fondest memories of the game. I had crazy fun then, best of all been I fired for the first time in a dd o n the 8th game I believe haha :) Couldn't figure out the buttons but I kept sailing and getting sunk in record times :) Well except that one time I hid for the whole game cuz I got scared

People claiming the event was profitable for those in the 'rare' category (I don't think it is that rare but nvm) was the reason the argument started. But you summed it up well. It wasn't presented this way though, for marketing reasons probably. Parts were left unsaid.

I started a month or so before. Also DDs (then I gave up to get out of the 30s WR, can't learn the game wit a CV over yr head. Those first CVs especially lol). While daunting all the people were talking about it, how the game will be ruined etc. Mostly dd players were playing to the late night/early morning to enjoy that freedom of the lone hunter as much as they could before it ended. So I believe there was a time it was true.

I just asked if you are pro divisions nothing sinister, I don't like them in randoms for example :)

I remember hearing dds were much more pleasurable to play, gameplay was different

Do you want them in randoms? Would you prefer if they were restricted were they are used anyway in CB for example?

since the patch same thing, I stopped playing completely and I'm waiting for a patch fix
