It solves a mystery for me about certain players and I thank him for it. Also the guy in reddit that admitted he'd been sailing the maps for years enjoying the waters. While perhaps anorthodox it is a perfectly legit reason to play the game :)

Targets remain visible only a little while after they fire their guns. If they don't fire again, they become 'invisible'

People are literally cut in between torps and the target to steal kill.

It is not easy to equip 50+ ships wit good camos anymore. I mean it is, but it is expensive for a newer player. The onus of appearing naked in a game is kinda of old fashion, as when I forgot to put on the other day and apologized in chat I received several (?) and who cares from my teamates who were also mostly naked. It was fun kinda, like when you join nudist beach by accident and just stay long enough to not be too awkward :p

Haku attack planes and booms got messed up heavily. It's not so much a balance imo, moreso just WG switching stuff constantly trying to throw captains off and make it artificially difficult to have fun. It did it with DDs removing their fun, likewise wit some cruisers and now heavily wit the CVs. If you know what you are doing it is basically the same thing just with more clicks and annoying. It is becoming too boring and bothersome and most older captains notice it. Not all speak out, mostly because the majority I believe (myself also) just love ships irl too much :)

You will not find any help here or sympathy, this is an anti CV place sometimes justifiably other times not. If it is any consolation the constant nerfs are getting on many captains nerves and it is visible in the games.

I was advocating perma flood, albeit poorly due to weekly intoxication i use against covid boredom, as kinda compensation for the 'realistic' dmg. I don't know about useful, it was a take upon someone else's suggestion, I will leave the logistics to you :)

One shooting a DD should have been in game (It kinda was for a while), just as greater flood from torping should as well. Just put a longer cool down on torps or even a finite amount of them just like it was with planes once upon a time when we all had fun

I haven't played WOT. I came here cuz I love ships, and was enamored by the CVs when I first played. I stopped playing regularly for reasons that include heavy grind but it is not the biggest factor.

still getting mine think in 3rd reset but the rewards are minimal, a bit of coal, some creds and I believe 50 dubs (that is very good). Still I'm getting this in a game usually from the normal containers, not complaining but I'm not happy overall over other factors to enjoy it also :/ I had no idea I was in a control group. Are there any criteria for it or just conspiracy stuff? :) I can confirm there's no SC in the mix for me and most of the people I asked about don't have one. If there's a variant with it in, then it must be rare and for more privileged people :D

Almost unplayable for the average/casual CV enthusiast. I don't recommend playing CVs rn but for a couple of exceptions if you are not unicum. Nerf hammer has hit them very hard. Other ships will offer more satisfaction for your time.
