I don't grind anymore. I have so much free XP I can get any ship I want. But I don't really care. I am trying to perfect my game. I had a game with @Bear_Necessities before a few days. That was my last game. It was so fun. Why? Because it was well played. He posted the replay. Watch it if you have the time. You will understand what I mean. This is where I get pleasure from.

I started with cruisers. TBH I like them. But as a stupid noob I rushed to TX with miserable results. But I got me a Hindy. Then I tried Battleships. I also liked them. I did better. Well, it is logical because I had a few games under my belt by then. I did rather well in the Scharnhorst. Then, I felt that I was a miserable potato in DD and challenged myself. You know the story.....LOL And I fell in love with Destroyers. And I became less of a potato. And I tease @Bear_Necessities every time he plays anything but DD (the proper ships). I don't have the Z and the Y from TX. But I play mid tiers with occasional visits to high. T5 in a DD is the most F U N. Now with this forced regrind I have the feeling that I will be seeing you all in mid tiers.

I met @RAHJAILARI in his Fujin (unfortunately on the red team). I was in my Kamikaze. Was a good game.

One good Kamikaze game. Could go either way, until red team lost their DDs. Funny thing is I took out two of them and damaged the third. All with torpedoes.

You exaggerate. Kraken was all yours mate. But I loved the ambush in the A cap. Enjoyed being bait and a spotter. LOL Anything that touched A cap died. Till next time mate.

Yes and it is fun. You just should not be in the higher tiers with 400 battles. Take your time and learn how to play in mid tiers (5 to 7) and then playing a DD in higher tiers will be fun. Niko, you need to spend at least 2000 battles until T5. Do that and then the higher tiers will be fun. Regards Saltface

Call me an idiot or whatever, I still think that one category "Random Elite" that you can play only after you achieve something would be a solution. I haven't thought it thoroughly but the following could be valid: 1. Who has the right to play? Lets say 50% + win rate AND green damage (last 500 battles) AND 2,000 battles (in Random) threshold to be able to play Random Elite; 2. Random Elite does not count in the stats AND it costs more to play (+10% maybe?). This will make you think well before you go play with the big boys (and girlz before you call me sexist) It will have its own stat category; 3. T VIII and above. You need to have a Silver ship in that class to play with a premium of the same class. You will not be able to buy your way in with a ship. 4. Time? You will wait for a battle. Not so many good players around. 5. Bellow 40% you drop out from Random Elite and you have to work your way in again with your stats in your last 100 Random Battles. It doesn't affect the current economy, it adds one more target for players to work towards, it removes Unicums from the general population (well except for when they go seal clubbing) so the noob population like me can play and learn and not get roflstomped, Unicums get challenging games and don't complain about the noobs like me and WG can still sell all their goodies for anyone that wants to buy ships and go high tier in simple random. If not the good veteran players will be constantly frustrated and drop out, the noobs and the potatoes will not learn and we will have posts like this one. Think about it. Warm regards Saltface

not exactly it is a consomme LOL It is a sequence of torps going one after the other You launch one side then the other then the other then the other then the other LOL you can launch one side 8 torps every 36 seconds. The approach to target and setting up the launch is different. But, many BBs in a blob? OH MY Minos in smoke? Uhmmm....they better move out fast And her low detection allows for nice flanking at radar ships behind islands with the long range.

If you play TX call Garrus (if you can find him and if you have the funds to pay him). If you are in mid tiers call the Salty Kamikaze. If you want something done you have to do it yourself. A total carry and a game turn around from straight defeat to victory at the last moment (350 to 850 for the reds and two caps down). And they don't even listen when you tell them what not to do and why not to do it. 3 Dev Strikes, a Kraken (Unleashed not from the discount store), a Confederate and a High Caliber of course.
