According to what I read here: If one plays 200 days a year will receive 600 Containers. 600 Containers will have 400 Coal - 240,000 Coal 150 Containers will have 800 Coal - 60,,000 Coal in addition to the above 8 (7.5 rounded) Containers will have 1200 Coal - 9,600 Coal Total = 309,600 Coal The above calculation does not include Clan benefits (10% in my case - 30,960 Coal) This represents 2 free TX or TIX ships per year or a bunch of lower tier ships (some of them are wonderful ships) for playing less than 1 out of 3 days if we calculate the 25% discount coupons we get every year. I think we need to moderate a bit our level of entitlement.

@tomekc77 Hi there, I might disappoint you but, I would suggest to stay away from high tier DDs for now. None of these ships will be retired anytime soon, so you can get them at any later date. However, if you really insist, try grinding the Daring. If you like it and can make it perform then the Vampire could be a good choice. The Vampire is a Daring with creeping smoke and less torpedoes. It could work for you. I will disagree with @ollonborre even though he is a far better player than me. The Ragnar is a mini cruiser. She plays her own very particular style. I took the liberty to go through your stats and I 'm afraid that at this point in time you do not have the necessary experience to make it work. That's why I suggest to wait. I do not have the Druid. But since I have my eyes on her I have done my research. You might find her a bit hard to play since she has no torps and no aft guns. And she is very slow. So you wont be able to run away, anything can chase you down. It might be a bit hard for you to adapt to her for now. If as you claim you can gather resources fast, hoard, and wait. You will know more and you can make a more informed choice.

This is a classic blunder. Neglect your base. But it is also a double edged sword. The moment you step foot (ok we are talking ships here so it sounds funny) in the cap you get all their attention. So, even this needs to be properly timed.

@Panocek & @Echo_519 I run the mod, I simply display the result on my crosshair, so don't be alarmed that it might be a different mod. The mod shows the smallest angle between two lines. These two lines are: First line is the line that connects a fixed point on your ship and a fixed point of the targeted ship. I assume that these points are the center of the ship. The attached screenshots corroborate my assumption. The second line is the axis of the targeted ship. The following graphic shows the above As correctly stated above in Panocek's post, the calculation of penetration is done taking into account the surface at point of impact of the shell, not according to the angle that is shown by the mod. In the spoiler I have five screen shots I made in the training room just to showcase somethings. 1st screenshot is my ship parallel to the target and the angle shown is 89o - Take note of the compass rose that I enlarged top right - shows a bearing of 235O. 2nd screenshot and 3rd screenshot is my ship at the same position but my aim is at the bow and stern of the target respectively. We need to note here that the mod indication has not changed it is still 89O while the aim bearing indication has changed to 237.5O and 232.5O respectively. What does this mean? That the angle shown by the mod is not the aiming angle or the angle of impact. The 4th screenshot is simply to show the angle and the 5th screenshot shows that while the stern of the Conqueror is flat (this is why I chose this ship for this example) the angle shown is 0O. While the angle of impact will be 90O. Also note that while doing this small test I alternated camera with the C Key. While the view did change meaning that there was a visible change of camera angle the mod reading remained the same. From the above I deduced what I stated above. (bold letters)

I would really like to listen to him narrating this battle. Gadjah Mada is a wonderful ship. I think she ranks top in her tier (silver ships) and shares top spot with Haida if we include the premium ships.

@BLUB__BLUB TBH I am not so much concerned with the compliments, even though, as anyone else, I do enjoy the feeling of being recognized for my good play by my peers. Nor any reports would bother me, because, I do understand what frustration means. Same as I did not get upset by the red guy telling me to procreate. LOL Me sinking his boat just kicked all their chances of turning the match. Try to get in the red shoes. A game that is lost is turned and just a few seconds before a crazy victory, in which you came back from a 300 point disadvantage and no caps, having killed all enemy ships, literally in the last seconds of the game you lose. This was a pendulum of feelings. What I keep is a game that will be very hard to repeat. 1 vs 7 is as it seems a record of sorts. I also think that the Enterprise game shown here above is more of a super record because the dude just obliterated 1 vs 7, 7 other ships. So I keep the ecstasy of the Solo Warrior. And my bragging rights LOL LOL LOL

@Dracoraptor I checked your stats. Since 2020 you perform @ the + 55% level. This is a good result and brings you in the top percentiles of the player base. It appears that only 20% (if not less) of the players perform like that. This means that every twenty battles you win 11. It is absolutely normal (and expected) to see in your battle results the patterns you have observed. The predominant pattern in your results will be 101010 - or 11001100 or even 111000111000 etc. Each set will have less probability to occur. The bigger the repetition the less the odds of occurrence. You see your results are not random. They depend on YOU. And you play at 55%. 11/20. You win just a bit more of what you lose. How else could it be? Lets check now my stats. These are my last 21 days. What pattern do I observe? Let me answer this one for you. 110110110 - I win two I lose one. 65% is 13 out of 20. It is 13 wins to 7 losses. 13 is almost double than 7. So, the predominant pattern will be 2 wins to 1 loss or 4 wins to 2 losses. OFC, I observe streaks. I enjoyed a few days before one month with 10 wins in a row. But it was followed by a few losses in a row. Here have a look. In conclusion, what you observe is absolutely normal. You will enjoy a few days with good results, you will suffer a few days with bad results, but. overall you will win one and lose one. Most of your playing games will be like that.

I think the mistake was at the early to mid stages of the game. The replay is here. And I detail all my misplays. LOL

OK here is the storyboard. Moment 1 - 5:29 on the clock This is how it looked. I have no kills, little damage but 3 caps in my collection. And I have taken a lot of damage in C cap. And it was my bad play. I misplayed and got punished badly. We have all caps, we are almost 300 points ahead and down 3 ships. Red team is ignoring all caps except A. I wonder what was going through their minds. Especially the Akatsuki. Clearly she could have caped at least C Moment 2 - 4:43 on the clock I have just killed the Gneisenau in D2 and the point margin increases to 328 Red team naturally takes A but still they ignore all other caps. The Akatsuki hasn't been seen. However the Red team is rushing all caps and kills eventually all my team mates. The count down to defeat has started. Moment 3 - 1:09 on the clock All caps are red, the tide has changed and the score is only 40 points to our favor and it is me against 7 red ships. I was blocking their A cap for a bit of time cutting off some points that proved valuable at the end. I know that if I get one BB more I 'll put 100 points on the board. The Gneisenau is rushing back to A cap to push me out or sink me. One of my first torp launch hit one on the Geisenau. He swears politely. I have kept one more so I can launch it with better odds. He insta repairs the flood. Moment 4 - 37 seconds on the clock All our score margin is lost. We are trailing 19 points, and there are no more cap points coming. I have launched my second torp set, some of my team are asking to gun him down. I am low health so I cant. Even if they look at me I 'll sink. My div mate and one other teammate put their hopes on the torps. So do I. I have started already to run away and I 'm playing at the limit of my concealment. Fingers crossed. Rien ne vas plus. Moment 5 - 29 second on the clock Glory Glory Hallelujah for one team, frustration for the other. The Gneisenau is sunk. The score is now 68 points for us and it cant be reversed. There are only 29 seconds to go. Each cap ticks 4 points every 9 seconds 3 X 16 = 48 points, even if it would tick four times it is 4 X 16 = 64. We win by the narrowest margin. The points that I blocked while in their cap are Gold. The Gneisenau that pushed my out of the cap I was blocking instructs me to procreate, my div mate is exhaling, I don't know how long he was holding his breath. And I am running away. I know we won. The last ten seconds ticks sound like music to my ears.

I decided to start narrating my replays. Sounds easier than adding subtitles, but you have to redo it every time you get to sneeze. Hay fever is a nightmare.

you can always send an in port message. It has a personal touch and I m sure it will make the other player feel very nice. A nice compliment in port can do the job.
