    Account suspended - chargeback issue

    They made an update on the support page https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/article/10214/ It says: Should you want to dispute a chargeback, Player Support won’t be able to provide further information about the reasons behind the chargeback. I'm starting to suspect they have some kind of issue with their payment platform, Adyen, that triggered a chargeback request. This platform is used by many big companies like spotify, microsoft, ebay,... I'll wait a few more days to see if the money gets on my bank account. Unfortunately noone else seems to have had a similar problem so far.

    I think the payment was fine. It was not a gift. The amount was transferred from my bank account straight away, so they got the money. It's only 2 weeks later wargaming claims there was a chargeback. But by who? To who? Not me! And they don't want to provide details

    It was indeed a bank transfer. The problem is wargaming claims there is a chargeback when there isn't one. If there was a chargeback, the amount should be in my bank account already. But all I get is a standard answer to check with my bank, which I did!
  4. 3 days ago my account got suspended because of a chargeback issue. I opened a ticket and got a quick response that there was a chargeback on a purchase I did 2 weeks ago in the premium shop (sofort bank transfer). Because part of the purchase was already used up in game it created a chargeback issue and my account is blocked permanently untill I pay the sum again. The thing is: I did not ask for a refund. My bank did not ask for a refund (I checked with the bank). There is no refund in my bank account. There is nothing whatsoever... I already tried several times to explain politely to customer service. But already 5 times I get the same answer 'There was a chargeback, please check with your bank'. They don't provide any proof I got a chargeback or that I demanded one. After the last response the ticket was closed and I'm left with a blocked account. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Or any ideas how to proceed? This is really poor customer service in my opnion for a paying customer. Please advice :-(
