Fun fact I found... Gorizia was also attacked numerous times by Allied bombers while in port, culminating in a major raid in April 1943 that inflicted serious damage to the ship. Under repair when Italy surrendered to the Allies in September, the ship was seized by occupying Germany forces, who found the ship to be unusable and so abandoned her. Let's hypothetically say WG removes the CVs. What should they do with all the players that bought premium T8 CVs? Refund? Do you think there is a universe where WG would do such a thing as to give back the money they already took? Nyet comrade, nyet.

I did the first as well, without trying hard IMHO. I'll continue to play casually and I estimate that I'll be finishing the 2nd one in less than a week and then I have another 2 weeks or so to finish the 3rd in order to get Gorizia. If nothing, then for the port slot. I don't think I'll go past that 3rd one... even that one is questionable, depending on how much time I'll have but it will definitely be casual play as it was so far, I choose to stay sane but don't want to pay 200 euros for a ship that's not worth 1/3 of that. Alaska seem to be a much better choice and a significantly better 'bang for the buck'.

^ Exactly. Even if they said "high chance"... where is the definition of "high chance"? How much is "high"? If it's not defined, it's vague and that's the adjective WG loves the most. But actually they are saying "higher chance" which means exactly what @MyopicHedgehog said - "higher than the others" (other boxes)... It can still be very low though. Even if the ship drop rate of the "Mega box" is 1% and the ship drop rate of the other boxes is less than 1% the "higher than the others" is still technically true. No lies there, just your optimistic hope to be the way you want it to be. You would think that players that have 4-5k battles and have been here for years know this by now.

Actually you either didn't explain it well or you're crying over your gambling addiction which is a wrong place to do so. I value my money, that's why I don't waste it on loot boxes inside a game... Choosing to gamble with them is accepting a (high) chance that you will not get anything useful out of them. It also doesn't give you any right to complain later on, especially not ask for a refund.

I'm no Russian but as most Slavic nations, I can read and understand quite well Russian and I would say that the translation from Reddit is pretty much on point... Even if you use a Google translator, you'll get similar result and pretty much the same 'point'... I'm actually surprised how well Google translated it... As for the text itself... I can hardly find a comment that would be insulting to the GM or WG. Just unbelievable.

Well, according to the GM at WG, the 1% they talk about is not the richest players but the ones with health problems...

Why scammed? Were some specific prizes guaranteed? Or it's a loot box and you fell for it due to your gambling problems? I'm afraid you're the only one to blame and you can forget about the refund. And publicly crying about it just makes you look bad. Have a nice day.

I wonder if keeping silent (WG staff) for days will solve this utter mess. Nothing to say? Waiting for the $hitstorm to calm down? It's hard to express the disappointment. I mean it's not the first time WG does BS but this is beyond imaginable.

Yesterday was terrible as well... Plenty of disconnections in the middle of the battle(s).

DDs are the best ones against any class, except CVs who will sink them before they even find the CV on the map.

Deleting a YouTube videos after receiving too many dislikes is also an interesting fact... Then lying and saying it was deleting due to bad timing of the video itself. Then all the next videos received the same "love" by the community but they cannot remove each one so the real sentiment is out there in form of dislikes and comments below.

I didn't buy any (never would) but from the few T10 ones and free ones I got... 0 ships and 0 useful items. Just camos and flags.

I'd strongly disagree with you on comparing the Benham grind with the PR grind. I grinded Benham and it was not that hard actually. Yes, it required your consistency (playing almost every day) but not playing too much. The PR grind requires you to play every day for at least 7-8 hours (depending how good you are, for some probably over 10 hours or so) and assumes you have most (if not all) ships in the port, which was NOT the case with the Benham grind, not at all. Additionally, most tasks for Benham were "ships of T5 or higher". That's it. No further tier restriction (like "T8 and above" or "T10 only" present in the PR grind). No further national restriction (like every possible nation, including 'Commonwealth' which has only 2 ships and both of them premium, for doubloons). There was a very good synergy between directives where you're completing multiple ones just by playing casually (for PR you have to select the exact tier, the exact nation and the exact class WG wants you to select in order to complete ONE mission ; in order to complete the next one you need a completely different nation, different tier and different class of ship and therefore there is NO synergy whatsoever). There are also A LOT more missions for PR and they are A LOT more harder, like INSANELY hard, compared to any grind ever released before. So please don't compare PR grind to the Benham grind (or any other grind for that matter) because that's just out of question. Thank you.

I guess many of you saw this video... What do you think after watching it? Is the Alaska really a better ship overall even tho it's A LOT easier to obtain. (I believe, in theory, you could obtain like 2-3 Alaskas for a grind needed for PR) Is this just a result of too much PR hate (expected) or a true, objective opinion? I mean nobody (well, almost) has the Puerto Rico to say from experience but knowing PR has Montana's dispersion and having access to the stats as well as some CC's video about it.. we can form an opinion I guess.

Unbelievable! Disconnections still happening... half of the things (like the above Shipyard) not even working and disconnecting in the middle of the battle. Worst update that I can remember.

It's really a shame that such a nice concept as the shipyard and the building of a ship from scratch has been designed for such a failure of an event and for a very limited time.

I also don't understand the need for claiming the prize(s). Especially when they are so late and behind the schedule every time. It's like they want you to check the bloody claim link all the time. I will seriously think if I want to be a part of any future PTS. The grinds are getting harder, the prizes are meh and arriving too late. In addition, you need to claim them even tho you have no idea when.
