Anyone remember when (few months ago) WG was claiming that we have an unlimited amount of time to complete the legendary modules? Well, they changed their minds and want you to grind every super fast, before they lock them behind the RB BS. Do you also remember when RB $hitstorm kicked in that the main repellent was "It's for players who have all ships, nobody else is affected" ?? Well, now everyone who has a T10 ship and wants a legendary upgrade is affected. Too many lies and manipulation in one place. An outsider would say they are trying to kill the game.

Well, I guess they started with the forum warnings and getting rid of negative feedback even though it will be difficult and they will have to ban most of the players since I haven't found a single person that approves any of this. @Tanatoy You keep doing things that nobody asks for and only pisses the whole player base off. If you can't see that then I don't know what to say... I'm sure you're aware how deceptive and manipulative all the latest actions and features were from WG's side. Seems like you don't care at all about your players but just introduce features that restrict players even further, just for the sake of some extra profit which I honestly find pathetic. Didn't you (not sure if you specifically but a WG staff member and I can find the post if needed) said that the legendary upgrades have no limit and it will stay that way. It was when discussing about the 31.12 date as the deadline for those legendary upgrades. I specifically remember a WG staff member saying that they need to have some date in there (technical reason) but every January 1st the date is reset with the 31.12 of the following year thus giving players no time limit on completing those legendary upgrades. And now you decide, despite everything that was said, to lock those legendary upgrades behind the RB (that everyone hates) just like that? Do you realize that's like spitting in the face of every single player? While being proof that WG is dishonest and changes their opinion and statements however they please, all the time? I'm disappointed to the point I will very likely quit the game. The direction in which you're headed is wrong on so many levels and insults all players that have put a lot of time and/or money into this game. Shame on you.

So they say don't mind the RB because you can easily ignore it. Then they lock all legendary upgrades behind the same BS RB??? They say the date is 31/12 but the year is not stated because we have unlimited time to complete it. Then they tell us that it will be locked behind RB so we have to grind and finish the module before that update kicks in on live server? Dear WG, you're lying to all your playerbase. Manipulating with misinformation and straight lies. That's a fact that can be easily proven with everything you've said in the past, what you're doing at the moment and what you're planning to do. If exposing your lies is an offense, you can send me another forum warning. You can even ban me if you cannot take the truth but you won't change anything with that classic repression.

I'm pretty sure you either misread or someone didn't know what they are talking about. Missions/directives were always tied to ONE patch and one patch only.

Another way of WG being sneaky and "a bit" SCAMMY. Remember when they said NTC/RB can be ignored? Yeah, I did ignore it. But I was still able to do the legendary upgrades. Now they are locking it behind a huge wall which is beyond reach for over 90% of the playerbase. What's next? Locking more things behind walls of RB or something else? It's hard to believe WG shoots themselves in the knee. Continuously. They definitely need a wake-up call and I'm afraid that can be only one of 2 things... either people start boycotting them and stop financially support them or they get serious lawsuit that will question their illegal actions...

Same here. Casually playing I estimate that I'll finish D2 within the next week and then possibly (not sure) I'll be able to finish D3 by the end of the event. Enough for a casual f2p player.

Only 100% of players voted "NO"? That seems to be opposite from WG's spreadsheets are saying.

WOW, just WOW. So you will lock the legendary updated behind the Research Bureau that everyone hates? How on earth was that considered as a good idea!?? What happened to the ones who are in the middle of getting the legendary upgrade for a T10 ship? They will lose all progress done in the last months or longer? Do you realize that all updates you make is to take more and more money from players, not to make the game better or improve players' experience!??

You people must be really insane! I bet this will be the least engaged PTS ever and if you're wondering why... you're *edit* to see the obvious. Let's see... --- Earn 8,000 base XP in Random Battles playing cruisers, destroyers, or aircraft carriers. --- Play 20 battles --- Earn 30,000 base XP --- Destroy 30 enemy ships Sure, we needed some more grinds during holidays season. I have just two words for you and you know very well what those words are! INFO for the new ones, interested in the PTS: You will be grinding yet on another server for mediocre prizes without being able to test most of the new features on the update and at the end you will be waiting almost a month to get those mediocre prizes. Good luck with that.

I donated for the cause but if WG were half-decent A LOT more funds would be gathered. It's just a bad timing with the $hitstorm you've created with the insane PR grind.

I've seen someone mentioning that number. I have no idea how many people work at WG. I know that there are some amazing people there exploited by *edit* who only see cash and nothing else.

There are so many great ideas that can be done with such an amazing concept as the Shipyard/Dockyard. I'm sure there are plenty of creative people even at WG who had/have similar ideas but the idiots on top don't care about that. All they care is money, whatever the means. That's why great potential is destroyed by greedy people who don't deserve it.

The customer service is most probably run by Indians (outsourcing) as they are much easier to find and significantly cheaper than any other workforce. On the other hand, I'd like to *edit* in charge of the Puerto Rico event. Not the amazing artists and other people designing the concept but the ones in charge of the directives and the requirements for each one. Including the ones who wrapped everything in a thick layer of SCAM.

Where are the 4000 employees to like the video? Only 10% of them did their duty. Or even the majority of WG staff dislikes all this but are forced to listed their sick-in-the-head bosses?

Gotta love how you set-up the Armory. Getting players straight to the loot box offers and nothing else. Pathetic.

They invested a lot of time and work into this event. Since it was designed to last only a month (utterly stupid decision) then they want all players to focus on that event only and forget anything else. Alternatively you can go to Armory where you will be presented with a bunch of premium boxes bought by doubloons. So you can always gamble if that's your thing. WG loves gambling.

Exactly, WG is keeping silent, not saying anything... Waiting for the dust to settle and the $hitstorm to calm down. I hope that won't happen. Not until they realize what they've done. Because as Zoup said... If we let this slide easily, it will happen again. We should NOT allow such bull$hit happening ever again!

IJN is the only one I grinded so far. I'm currently with the RN one, recently got Neptune and slowly aiming for Minotaur. Since I have not much experience with other lines I can't tell you much but I really liked the RN line. I played A LOT of matches with Fiji and it was mostly fun. It's definitely a specific play style compared to any other cruiser line but it's great if you ask me... Quite fast, maneuverable, fast reload, smoke, torps... Sounds OP but if you make a mistake a BB with half salvo can send you straight to port :) Besides RN, I've been also playing a bit of Italians even tho I find them quite challenging. With them I've been playing co-ops mostly and they seemed fine, especially from T7 (I'm at T8 now) but I've brought Amalfi few times in Random and so far it's been 0% WR.. IDK, I was definitely with potatoes but still... I didn't feel very comfortable with her in those Random battles. Not yet.

I'm not grinding at all. Not after this WG $hitshow. You insult all playerbase. Multiple times. Then you order your WG staff to keep silent for days until the $hitstorm passes. They can collectively go to hell as far as I'm concerned. As for the event... playing casually and not giving a fuk where I'll end up. I assume I could get the Gorizia by the end of the event and that would be beyond expectations, having in mind how much I play these days and how happy I am while playing now.

I know @Crysantos says there are no issues with the server but I'll keep posting here every time I get disconnected and the reconnecting takes longer than usual because to me that's clearly a sign of a possible hick-up on their side. Especially when everything else runs smoothly on my side, without any issues. And I encourage others to post the same here because I'm sure I'm not alone with this problem. P.S. One more thing... since this is a general feedback about the update... Who's idea was to set up the armory this way? The same people who designed the impossible grind? I'd bet. Since always, when you open the Armory you're always brought the the 'default' section first, the "popular" I believe it's called. Right there you have an overview of all your resources and usually the stuff that you're planning to buy there. Now, the armory brings you straight to the purchase of the stupid santa crates and you have no overview of your resources. You have to leave that bloody scam shop and click anywhere else in order to see what resources you have. That's a disgrace. You can let your bosses know...

I finished the 1st one before the construction commences. I will probably finish the 2nd one in about a week and then try to finish the 3rd one by the end of the event. That's what an average f2p player can look forward to. P.S. Still didn't calculate how far would that being me in the PR construction but not far for sure...

Someone needs to teach them an old one...
