Now you're really starting to disappoint me. Do you want me to quote dozens and dozens of threads and hundreds and hundreds of posts written in the forums about this issue only in the last week or two? My problem is solitary? Please take a look only at this ONE thread and you'll soon realize that you're wrong. Very wrong. I'm not telling a lot of information? Have you read what I wrote or you're acting exactly like a support - not reading anything and just sending templates/links!?? I've opened a support ticket explaining everything in detail along with all PingPlotter and WGcheck reports. I wrote that already but I guess you missed it. That ticket has been handled by incompetent support guys so WG's CMs said they will escalate the ticket to the specialists. Few days later the ticket is CLOSED, without possibility to make any additional reply. Again - I wrote all this already, in the same post that you quoted (partially though) so PLEASE at least have the decency to read the post before you reply in a very poor manner. Thanks.

Oh my, another WG advocate, commenting just for the sake of commenting without the ability to take a constructive criticism. Did you know that the operations were running fine (for the most part) until very recently when, all of a sudden, WG somehow broke all of them? They might not be a priority but why did they broke each one of them? I understand they don't want to fix so many ongoing issues but why making new ones? Pretty sure nobody asked for that.

Since this thread has been moved from the 'Gameplay' section (thanks @CptMinia) I believe nobody will be following it anymore but I do want to say a few words of how this went down or if you need a title "WG Customer Support in a Nutshell". 1. I have connectivity issues, getting disconnected, kicked out of the server, etc. 2. I complain in the 'general feedback' thread, where I'm supposed to and after some time @Crysantos tells me to open a support ticket and complain there 3. I do that but all I get from the support are useless templates not helping anyone 4. I pass my experience to the same 'General Feedback' thread as I'm still having issues with the WG servers (everything else works flawlessly) 5. After few days, @MrConway replies and asks for a ticket ID so he can escalate it to the specialist since the customer support guys are not helping at all 6. I give him a ticket ID, even send him a PM as he requested in hope that finally someone competent will look into the issue 7. This morning I find the ticket CLOSED. Not 'solved' but CLOSED as in "you can no longer make replies to this ticket". Is that how the support tickets work? Is that promoting players to report issues? This process tell me a lot of how customer support works at WG and frankly.. it's very disappointing. Sorry for the tags, you can ignore them - it wouldn't be the first time. But you know all these 7 points are 100% facts that you can check yourself.

Can I send you the replay and you push it to the devs? So far my experience with the customer support was extremely poor, to put it as decent as I can. Useless templates are not my thing TBH. P.S. Just played another one... they are colliding between each other in almost the same place (the same transport ships from above - 'Cimarron' and 'Bogue')

Not the first thread to be (mis)treated like this but mods should definitely do a better job regarding this. If there is a video in the OP, the thread is immediately moved to this section even though it makes no sense whatsoever. Just look at the section and how many threads have been moved just for containing a single video in the OP. Disappointing.

Not sure. It seems like they do, at least that's what @Sub_Octavian made me believe. But so far absolutely no feedback has been given but I'll continue to tag him until a get a proper reply I was promised.

Random fact: A bot in co-op battle can aim at multiple ships at the same time, the turrets can rotate independently. Anyone ever noticed this?

Have you even watched any of the replays on the Narai thread? How many collisions did you see? What about the "LIBERTY" from my screenshots? I assure you nobody touched her, she just decided to turn around and go back to spawn. So you post might be based on your experience in some situations but the issue is bigger than that. And please don't talk about WG priorities. There are so many things due to be fixed for so long but they focus on useless things like 'Captains Logbook' instead. Are those the priorities you talk about? And your suggestion is again for your teammates, not necessarily all players we're talking about here.

I'm still reporting it in the thread about the 'General feedback', not that anyone cares apparently. Simply unplayable. While I'm trying to connect and unable to access even the forums, all other websites work flawlessly. So many resources wasted in the last 20+ days "thanks" to WG's servers and constant disconnections. The specialist who were supposed to look into my ticket are probably coming from Siberia. By foot.

The customer support is pretty useless most of the time. Seems like they don't even read the messages, they just pick up few keywords and drop some template or two. Very bot-like behavior. My thread for discussion (since this is just a Q&A)

@CptMinia With all due respect... I believe you're wrong. If there is a YouTube video in the constructive post with some observations and a lot of questions... doesn't mean it should go to the 'Videos & Streams' section. If that video is a problem, it can be removed. It isn't the most important piece on my opening post. But the discussion definitely belongs so the 'Gameplay' and not 'Videos & Streams' so I'd appreciate if you move it back to where it belongs.

Btw. if I'm being kicked from the server every 2nd game (wasting a lot of resources in the process), why I'm not able to see how poorly I did in the battle? Seems to me that the server wasn't able to render the data, right? If WG is so incompetent to fix this issue for almost a month... I'll continue to waste the resources until I'm at 0 and then the only natural button will be pressed - uninstall. Not because I want to but because WG is making me to do by not letting me play the game at all.

There are some serious issues with the WG's servers. Not for everyone but for a significant chunk of players. So far, NOTHING has been done despite all the reporting in multiple threads. Not to mention all the premium time, flags, consumables, credits etc. WASTED. Then you wonder why I wouldn't pay for additional premium time or support the game. Maybe because it's unplayable? And it has been since the new patch went live. (so complaining for almost a month with no feedback whatsoever)

Don't forget this is a PREMIUM CV (that costs doubloons/cash) so it should be compared to other PREMIUM CVs, not to regular silver CVs.

Still the same, disconnections amid battle. Do I need to explain how many premium days I wasted, how many credits I lost and how many frustrations this issue brought??? I just got disconnected from a co-op battle and by the time I returned (re-connected), it was over. Guess what, I was pinging every website with no issue at all and the WOWs website/server was not responding at all. Just to be clear, I checked the 'IsItDownForMe' website and it appeared that it was up during the time I was unable to even ping the WOWs' website and servers. So I can understand that not everyone has this issue but the players that do are unable to play and I've been complaining for almost a month now and so far NOTHING has been done. Guess what my feelings towards WOWs and WG are since I'm not allowed to express them fully.

Well, being in an average cruiser you can damage the forts using either HE or AP. Since SAP is somewhere in the middle in regards to penetration, SAP should definitely damage the forts as well. At least that's my basic understanding of the issue.

Seems like there is some basic misunderstanding here. I'm saying that SAP are dealing 0 dmg to the forts and that should be fixed. I'm not discussing which shell should be used for which bot. I appreciate the advise and all but SAP dealing 0 dmg is a bug and I'm simply reporting it here. Simple as that.

Is that a virus? Why isn't the proof in a form of a screenshot or a YT video?

@althei, this is a part of the forum dedicated to the PTS server, not the TST server for submarines. You should check this thread and leave your feedback there...

Are you saying that when facing a DD, you should use AP and not SAP? You're actually serious about that? AP will yield 8k on a BB? Which one? Missouri? Bots are not angled? Bots go bow in most of the time, unless you're somewhere far on the side and can see some of the broadside but I don't distance myself from the battle that much. No offense but from what I see... a bunch of nonsense easily proven wrong.

So your solution is not to fix the SAP shells dealing 0 dmg to forts but me being forced to switch shells because they forgot to think about SAP in ops? Very helpful indeed.
