Yeah, I'm aware that many players have all UUs they want but there are also many like myself that don't have most of them (or none of them in my case). I'd like to at least unlock a few UU missions and then see if I can grind them by the end of 2020. Like Yamato (still at Nagato so a long way to go) and Moskva (just started at Kirov so an even longer way to go) If they get removed in a month I don't think I'll get even close to T10, even if I use free XP which I don't have much.

Thanks, missed that piece of information. So exactly one month from now. I really hope it can be extended. By one more update, at least.

Can you be a bit more precise, please? We won't be able to obtain UU missions once 0.9.1 kicks in or once 0.9.1 is finished? When is that expected to be? In a month or so? Can't you prolong that one as well!? You know that a month or two is a very short period and if you extended the time for completing the missions, you should extend the time for obtaining them as well, at least for another update or two.

I can assure you that you're wrong about that as well. And TBH I doubt you cannot see that. How can I be sure? Because it happened multiple times (since the 0.8.11 patch) that I'm in game but not playing, just watching a stream on twitch and relaxing. I remember it was Flambass and he got disconnected. At the SAME TIME I got kicked out of the game, back to the login screen. Few minutes later a couple of posts on the forum popped up complaining about the disconnection. Do I have the exact date/time this happened (multiple players at the SAME TIME)? No. Can I investigate and find out? Yes, if you assure me it will have an effect (I don't like wasting time as you can imagine). Another fact that I can share... I'm using 2 ISPs and switching between them from time to time. And I have problems on both of them. How interesting, right? If this fact will change your mind or you need proof about the reports on both of them, just let me know. I can provide all information possible, I just want someone to take this seriously instead of me wasting so much time in the last 20+ days with absolutely NOTHING done so far. P.S. My new support ticket ID is: 121757514. It was opened because the previous one got automatically closed before the specialists arrived. Pretty much what I was saying. I'm watching Flambass and he gets kicked out of the battle. At the same time I'm kicked as well and a bunch of other players. Different countries, different ISPs. It should be obvious where the problem is. Even to a non-specialist.

@MrConway Just saw the message so I don't have time to make a proper ticket with all information. But I did open it (a rushed one) referencing the previous closed ticket as well as the PingPlotter and WGcheck reports I originally attached. The new ticket ID is: 121757514 Later today or tomorrow I'll update with even more information but I hope it can be escalated so that competent specialist look into it, I don't need templates with links to FAQ and such. Thanks.

Alright, I understand now. Well, so far EVERY ticket I even opened (a dozen) has been ALWAYS replied by a different person then. Not the most effective way of handling an issue IMHO. It might be the best time-wise but no the most effective for sure. Just an example from the ticket we're talking about (ID: 121577258), I had 7 replies from the Customer Support. Guess how many persons wrote those 7 replies... Well, 7 different people. (I won't post screenshots as it's not allowed but that's something you can easily check as I don't need to make up something like that). So when 7 different people try to solve your issue (which is not so simple) then it's no surprise that the attempt to solve the issue is doomed from the beginning. I assumed every agent can see the previous replies but I can assure you that most of them don't read them. I guess it's because of the lack of time, they have a quota "solved tickets per day" they need to meet or something entirely different but I'm convinced they don't read the previous conversation and this has been proven from ticket to ticket where I have to repeat the same things all over again and I'm given templates which are very similar to the previous one. Again - I cannot post examples because it's not allowed. Alright, I will open another ticket later today. I will send you a PM with the new ticket number and I will post it here as well along your tag. Just to make sure you saw it and this time I get a proper check from a competent person, before the template guys start giving me the same replies as before or gets automatically closed in 4 days.

What do you mean my ticket seems fine from your side? As it "it's open and you can reply to it" ? Doesn't seem that way to me. P.S. Thanks for taking the "solved" (NOT solved) issue and saying you will pass it up to the ones who might change that. To take the opportunity, one more suggestions regarding the discussion with @Kiwi1960.. Just remove the alias. What's the point of a made-up name? To make the WG Support closer and more personal to the players? Doesn't work if each reply is under a different name. Instead, players feel like tickets are handled by different people all the time and that they have to repeat everything that has been said already in the previous replies. Just think about it. Imagine if you contacted ANY support and each time you get a reply, a different name is assigned to that reply. Wouldn't it be awkward, unnatural and frustrating? That should be changed as well. Unless really a different person replies to me all the time which would be even more worrying. Once someone from the support has been assigned to a ticket, he should follow-up on it. I assure you that most normal people would rather wait a bit longer and continue talking to the same person instead of getting a reply (usually a useless template) quicker from a guy that didn't even read the previous replies (doesn't have time as he has to reply to hundreds of tickets a day) and therefore a player needs to repeat everything, wasting more time anyways.

Yeah, I've reported multiple times that @Flambass had issues and he still has. I don't follow the streams regularly but the ones I have watched (especially at the beginning of his PR grind) he did experience a lot of disconnections and was very frustrated as a result which is understandable (unless maybe for WG who thinks that being disconnected every 2nd battle is fun) Not sure what Serbia is doing here. I mean why it has been brought up. Flmabass is from Croatia and I'm from Montenegro. Geographically very close but not the same country. I'm not saying that in a political sense but in the sense the the ISPs are definitely different and so are the routers/modems. Also, even if you focus on Balkans it still doesn't reflect the whole picture because most of the players I've quoted have nothing to do with any of the mentioned countries. They are based all over Europe with France being the most affected (or at least that's the feeling I got after looking through a dozen of threads of affected players).
-
Which part of "PM me if you want to get removed/added from the list" you did not understand? Way to make the thread look cleaner. Don't reply anything, your name has been removed from the list. I guess you missed it (it's normal, no grind there) but... As discussed, I have opened a ticket, ID 121577258: Connection (containing all PingPlotter, WGcheck reports along with detailed information about the issue) The support was rather USELESS so I asked help from CMs and stopped wasting time with people who cannot help at all. WG CMs promised escalation to specialists who will look into the issue and try to fix it. The ticket got CLOSED in the meantime because the specialist are probably arriving from Siberia. By foot. And there have been MANY support tickets opened with the same issue so it's not really true that you lack details and proper information from the affected players. Obviously, most of them won't bother as they believe the support is useless and a waste of time (I understand them fully) but I assure you that at least dozens of support tickets have been created based on the same issue and some of the numbers have been in the forums as well for the last week or so.
-
And since WG refuses to acknowledge the issue as something real affecting players and making the game unplayable to them, I'll just remind them of how many players only on the forums have been and still are complaining about the connectivity issues. And this is only from the last week or two. This problem never affected so many players and since WG is trying to mark the issue as a 'solitary problem', here is the list of players that I've found to have complained in the forums only and keep in mind than as a general rule - for every player complaining in the forums there are at least a dozen who doesn't use the forums or think that bothering with reporting (on the forums at least) is useless. I believe listing/tagging the players is fine. This has all been 'picked up' from PUBLIC posts, available to everyone. If someone wants to be removed or added from the list, send me a PM and I'll fix it. So by the - "1 player (on the forum), a dozen more (who don't use it)" rule you can figure out how many players are affected. This has also been collected just from a dozen threads in the "Game Discussion" section of the ENG forum which were active in the last week. I did not search the other sections of the forum, any other language subforums or any other sources like YouTube, Reddit etc. If I did, I'd have hundreds or tags for sure obviously leading to the fact that thousands of players are experiencing some sort of connectivity issues since the 0.8.11 patch has been applied. So you tell me how 'solitary' my issue is and how "everything is ok on our side comrade" seems legit. @MrConway @Crysantos @Tanatoy @Sehales @YabbaCoe Again, I'm NOT complaining because I hate WG or any of you. I'm complaining because, along many other players, I simply cannot play WOWs without having issues most of the games. And after complaining for almost a month with nothing close to a fix I must say that it is frustrating and disappointing. Thank you.

Well, they didn't even acknowledge the issues so I don't expect them to fix it, especially not during this update which has been the worst since I joined WOWs. Yeah, I've noticed the same. Ping hits -35 and my input don't work anymore but I can still see the battle and it's not like it's an automated 'show' but you can actually hear that you started a fire by secondaries, they you are on fire, that you sent someone on the bottom with torps etc. The action continues, you're just not able to be a part of it. It's frustrating to see how little WG cares about so many players affected. Keep in mind that 1 person complaining about the issue in the forums usually represents at least a dozen more with the same issue who don't use the forums at all. And since dozens and dozens of players have been complaining over the last week(s) you can figure out that there are at least hundreds of players affected even though WG says that everything is ok, ignoring the issue altogether and trying to treat it as "solitary problem" of each player.

"You are in this Hall of Fame, but we do not grant you 5*20 camos." Adding insult to injury, WG style.
Afghanicus replied to AlwaysBadLuckWithTeams's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, let's make the camos the main issue regarding the PR disaster... -
I got an e-mail just 10-15 minutes ago... I clicked in the "VIEW MY TICKETS" link but got a surprise... Then I went 'manually' into my ticket, on the link https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/my-tickets/ But there was nothing new there... All tickets closed with no updates at all. I even opened the last one with the current issue but there was no additional reply on it and the ticket was still CLOSED. Mind explaining was ist das? Alright, I might post in that thread.. Actually I thought about it but when I saw 0 replies I gave up. Now I see it's a feedback thread and the replies are only visible to WG staff and they guy that posts there. As for the CLOSING of the ticket. Well, first of all I didn't know it will be closed after 4 days of not responding. I did tell you that I won't reply anything further as all I get are useless templates. I even told that in the support ticket but I guess it was useless. Next time I have the same issue what am I supposed to do? Write anything as a reply to the ticket, just to keep it open, until the specialists come in (which obviously takes longer that the mentioned 4-day period for closing the ticket itself). P.S. The "peculiarity" of marking the tickets with 'SOLVED' after each of your replies makes no sense at all. We all know what 'solved' means and once the support ticket replies... in 99% of the cases, the ticket is NOT solved. It's not like 'SOLVED" is he only option the 'support guys' have. There is the "need additional info" of nothing else is available. I understand that marking it as 'solved' is the easiest for the support and that way they will have significantly less tickets opened but I strongly believe it's not the proper way of doing it. Just read your own "explanation", OBJECTIVELY and tell me (or yourself) if it makes ANY sense... "They ALWAYS mark the ticket as 'SOLVED' after their reply even though it's never solved but the investigation just started"

[Poll]: How many Directives (0-7) will you be able to finish in WoWs v0.8.11 (Christmas / New Year) ?
Afghanicus replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
I think most sane people (who refuse to overpay for PR) will finish either 3 or 4 directives. Obviously there are people who play even less and there are some who have no life, even on holidays (just take a look at the Hall of Fame) but for the most part 3/4 directives can be done by playing "regularly". I finished 3 and I might finish the 4th but it's not my goal at all, doesn't make a difference to me. P.S. Fun fact: There are 6 stages into completing the Puerto Rico. Once you finish the 5th stage (not that I will ever come close to that), you did 83.33% of the construction. At least in theory. However, points are what matters and after completing the mentioned 5th stage, you're at 35,700,000 points which is only 69.59% of the total needed for getting the PR (51,300,000) Another dirty trick WG used to manipulate players and push the sunk cost fallacy. The closer you are to PR, the more points you need making it more difficult to obtain by points and demanding a payment of doubloons instead.- 83 replies

I'm really quite new to ops and I don't think I played a dozen games since I registered.. Having said that, I believe it isn't that hard. At least not the ones I've played so far (Narai and now Raptor Rescue). However, seems that many players enter the battle without any clue whatsoever despite the objectives being clearly explained throughout the battle. Additionally, they don't use the chat or simply don't care. I was the one to kill the first DD, to kill most of the enemy ships. I was the one to chance the CV and kill the DD and CL next to her as well. I really tried hard but it was still impossible, not even close. I got the "Crash Tester" achievement even though I have no freakin' idea if that has anything to do with the performance in battle or it's pure WG RNG.
-
Actually I'm not. I'd rather have it back to how it was. That way the operations would work properly and CVs are doomed anyways.
-
@Crysantos @MrConway @Tanatoy @YabbaCoe Well, after we had Narai operation completely bugged, it seems the Raptor Rescue follows the steps of bugginess. Luckily, for this operation Raptor is the most important ship and so far she does go where she is supposed to. However, many transport ships are wondering all around, the repair one (engineer or whatever it's called) was heading straight back to the spawn. I would really like to know what WG messed up this time and more importantly... WHY!?? I can provide a replay later but I'm sure other will do the same. So far Narai is still bugged. WG staff said it will be looked into it but that was over a week ago and still nothing. I guess the issue is with all operations now. Seems like nothing has been improved, it was just completely messed up making some operations much harder to complete and often impossible to complete with 5/5 stars. EDIT: Instead of a long replay, just a few screenshots for now... From the moment 'LIBERTY' starts turning, going around the island and then heading back to spawn. You will also be able to find 2 other transport ships completely stuck on the map during most of the battle. "CIMARRON" and "BOGUE" I believe the names are. Again... bugged as hell. AI terribly messy.

"You are in this Hall of Fame, but we do not grant you 5*20 camos." Adding insult to injury, WG style.
Afghanicus replied to AlwaysBadLuckWithTeams's topic in General Discussion
To each his own. Having said that - I do feel sorry for them. -
I wouldn't complain if it was the other way around.
-
Well, yeah - that seems to be the only logical explanation for this mess. I wouldn't want to believe they broke it intentionally (to force players into playing more PvP and less ops) but it's a result of an attempt to fix the CV's autopilot which has been broken since the rework and hasn't been fixed yet.
-
Well, I'm sorry you feel that way. I really do. I didn't ask you for any help or feedback because you have nothing to do with the Customer Support guys and you also didn't promise the ticket escalation like the WG CMs did. So I hope NHF and moving on - waiting for a reply from CMs as I hope this won't stay like this. If it does then I'll have some decisions to make.

How far "Average Joe" player can go with the "Puerto Rico" building stages without using Doubloon accelerators at all?
Afghanicus replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
I might be the average Joe. Skill-wise I'm below average, time-wise I'm a bit over so all in all... pretty average. The time consumable might change very soon though so I'm be way below average Joe. -
The thing is that I never asked you for any help or feedback regarding this issue. You were quoted just because I think "Support Tickets" are an important part of the game and this "Other" section has very little exposure. If you believe this is the place for this thread, then fine - you know better. I'm not gonna argue with that. So I believe you took this a bit personal even though it you had no role in my terrible experience with the WG Support. All the details have been forwarded where they should have been and exactly as advised by WG CMs. You only triggered a spark when you stated that my problem solitary despite all the threads and posts. But I'll leave it at that. I don't expect anything else from you. I do, however, expect an explanation from WG's CMs - @Crysantos and @MrConway as to how my ticket (which was supposed to be escalated and examined by specialists) got CLOSED just like that.

Are you telling us that the CV autopilot has been fixed with 0.8.11? Because most CV players wouldn't agree judging by the forum. (I wouldn't know as I don't play CVs)
