What's going on with PT, past two days you can't get on it, hard to finish things like this. Are those Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Badges just a joke?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but it's related to Naval Battles. This second version is not showing any progress of base xp gained in the Preparation Stage. Is there something new related to this? 1st version was playing any ship to gain base xp. I had played multiple battles yesterday and nothing gained. First pic shows the date and time, and second pic is just now showing 0/20000 progress, why ?

Totally agree about this ship, Myself and few others on NA purchased this POS, only to find out it wasn't worth the price of a Tier 1 vessel. Very sad for something that actually looked fun to play. I didn't even know about them nerfing it, which bugs me even more tbh. a$$backwards logic it seems.
