Not the previous poster, but for me, Hood is a 'good' premium ship because she offers a different Play experience, not only from her Tech Tree counterpart, but the RN Tech Tree Battleships in general. You're not only getting something New, you're getting something that's novel. So for that subjective opinion of 'Value' I consider Hood a good Premium because you get to experience the game in a different way.

T10 Legendary Upgrades for CVs got disabled when the Rework Hit because they were Balanced around the old CV mehcanisms. They are allegedly meant to return to use after CV Balancing has been achieved and they can be recalibrated.

Neptune is as bad or worse than Minotaur due to Dual Purpose Primaries and Dual Purpose secondaries as Long-range AA... Maybe if Dual Purpose Primaries only applied to AA when Sector reinforcement was up, it would create an opportunity for outflanking When Sector reinforcement was not up, Dual Purpose guns wouldn't operate as AA, meaning you still have your short/medium guns, like 20mm/3" on the Minotaur, but to become the Flak Bastion Minotaur Currently is, you have to actually order AA up? I realise this probably isn't going to be a popular suggestion (and I'm a purely RN player, so far, so it'd hurt Me) but if DP Guns are more limited maybe other AA can be buffed without also creating a Knockon effect?
