Hi, ModStation saves a list of the last installed modifications and will offer to install them after the update. Each time you start ModStation, it checks for updates and if the mod has been updated, you will be prompted to update it. After updating the client, if the modification has not changed, then it will be copied from the previous version. With each update, the game files change and many mods need to be updated, and if you save the mods and then load the un-updated ones, then you will have problems with the game, so it's better not to do this.
