    Solved it by fixing my graphicscard driver which completely stopped functioning somehow. Causing the intel intergated graphics to take over.

    I wanted to play some wows today but i could only get like half a frame per second. I have never had this isseu before. i didn't have anything els running in the background. And restarting the game or the pc didn't work even reinstalling wows didn't work. I did notice wows is suddenly utilizing 95% of th CPU which is quite unusual. My specs are as follows: i3-8350K 16gb DDR4 300mhz G.skill aegis Rx 580 8gb Solved it by fixing my graphicscard driver which completely stopped functioning somehow.
