Would entering into dialogue do anything other than inflame the situation, my last 1vs1 in a hindy was against a Kleber, it didn’t last long, as all fast destroyer players do he relied on his speed, I run LM hindy so his he spamming did nothing and my hydro spotted incoming torps, instead he should have used his stealth (LM Hindys stealth is not great), he should have gone for a cap, reset base cap with hit and run near island cover, that’s why I reported them a bad player; because they were and they knew it. If I were teamed up with the player in 2vs2 you know full well they’d rush into the cap get whacked and leaving you to face 2 on your own, look at the state of randoms.

Napoli if you play randoms or competitively, Yoshino is imho a better bote but it’s big and fragile, it’s an absolute beast in co ops. I’ve literally only just got Salem and have only played with her once 😗, but having DM already know Salems got a shorter radar and better heal. Ironically I did prefer playing Salem as the heal tempts you to be more aggressive.

Black is a beast in the right hands but you need to know what you’re doing, the US line is the best place to start, and to help improve your skills play smokeless DD’s, it gives you a better understanding of concealment and when not to charge in or cap contest etc. DD play is totally different between co ops and randoms ; another good learning method, ie play alternately.

I got 7 big crates and one standard, out of which I had T8 Roma and T6 Aigle, the rest were rubbish. It was worth it as I’ve often thought about getting Roma and in it’s one Co-op game did really well with 3 kills. So in 2 days and with the bulk of my fleet yet to be used this Santa event has given me; Salem, Roma and Aigle. Not bad.

I just go from left to right and up and down, doing so for me is more balanced as the steel and coal enabled me to get Salem, which means another Gift certificate when Salem’s played. And not having played a random in year (idiot player base), I play co-ops 95% of the time these days with the odd ranked, brawl or operation now and again.

Nags guns hit like a train, any broadside cruiser or BB gets hit for 6, it’s slow and has poor concealment, Gnes is a harder hitting shiny with slower reload, torps and the good secondaries also make this a cracking T7 BB. I always seemed to do better with Gnes than shiny (kraken within a week compared to nowhere near for shiny).

Clan benefits can help with containers, I usually go for coal (in order to get Coal ships), and on average get 3-4 super containers a month.

Just 2; Tirpitz which I got 4 years ago from a crate and Massachusetts which I got last year, only Jean Bart appeals this year but I ain’t buyin. It’s got boring tbh, Missouri B, Belfast B, Georgia B, Benham B, etc would be more appealing.

That’s exactly why I originally asked why Cheshire wasn’t available for Coal, as a T8 it should be available for that resource. No one at WG can tell me why it’s not available in game (it’s certainly not OP or highly sought after), so ask once again why’s it not available for Coal, and for that matter why are T8 botes shunned by WG ?.

OMFG , the player base is as intelligent as a Russian commander in ukraine, dog shite has more going for it. I'm just going thru the Italian Cruiser line, literally picked up the zara with just a basic 6 pointer skipper (Napoli has my highest italian skipper ; Luigi), and I haven't played an operation since before subs wolf pack, omfg what a complete bunch of friggin idiots all dead within minutes no one went for the transports, despite my 3 "hello get there idiots". I went for the carrier, the only objective my team of idiots accomplished. Our cv thought he was a battleship steaming full ahead into the oncoming fleet. I could've just hid and sailed away instead of charging into the fleet to an instant death; why prolong the agony ??. The screen shots says it all, and as per normal we all say about how shite the player base is and still WG does SWEET FA about it !!. This my 2nd game in a zara (first being a co-op);

By mistake I entered a brawl in a hindy vs a Kleber, It wasn’t remotely close, I decimated the Kleber,; speed’s only good when you face a clueless noob who can’t lead. And torps are good until you face German hydro, I’d say Kleber or Marceau are average in a 1vs1, As for cruisers seen many Petro vs hindy 1vs1’s 😗.

As with very high pings trying to open the armoury and inventory can’t possibly be WG to blame, above and beyond blame 🤔.

What nearly 5 years later and WG still haven’t got cvs right 🙄. THE most important thing WG could do regarding cvs is reinstate decent fighter mechanics, like how the RTS fighters used to be and ditch the first strike ethos, No Cv regardless of tier should be able to launch an attack against a cv with 2 fighter caps up, and yet in WOWS the Uber clever people at WG allow the attacking sqn not only thru the fighter cover but avoid the cvs AA, 🤔 really ??. Mind you suppose the soviets have ZERO CV combat experience 😗.

Karma is just one of many things that WG implemented (as per usual badly), has done zero to improve or change it and really doesn’t care about it. As a result Karma and the reporting system is a crock of shite that means absolutely nothing. Becuase WG get zero funds from it; no money = no interest. Give it time and they’ll work out a way to actually get it right but they’ll find away of charging us for the privilege.

Richelieu, a pity Jean Bart’s being dangled in the BF event, I definitely ain’t paying that to play Co -ops, (haven’t played a random since last year due to the player base).

No doubt the communist spin doctors will spin. it to reveal that stats are amazingly good and that WG are doing an amazing job, in reality it has become stale, numbers are dropping and the ship has sprung a leak. Maybe they’ll start listening to the player base now 🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣😂. We don’t want another high tier premium, we want a cohesive managed game where the developers listen to the player base and stop money grabbing. Note to WG management: subs proving all the time and effort was worth it ?, when WE the players didn’t want them ?. Listen FOR ONCE.

I repeat my claim/nomination; USS Laffey (DD-724), name another DD that took 4 bomb hits and 6 kamikaze hits and that still operates as a museum ship 😗. if it were Russian it would’ve been the first DD in the game, and btw why is it that famous “fighting” ships are absent ; Sheffield, Sussex with its Kami camo, New Jersey and winconsin, etc.

No, but but other classes do catch up with BB effectiveness at T10, DD’s for example (Lightning vs Daring etc). Also Compare the Albermarle with Goliath, Tallin with Petro (no contest) and then add in the BBs etc. Old Narai and shiny was the chosen bote now it’s T8 ; Bismarck’s and Cleveland’s etc if it got to T10 you’d see a lot of HIndenburgs and Shimi’s etc. The damage output at T10 is levelled up to near BB damage levels,

Shouldn’t it be what class is the hardest to play , what ship indicates “A Ship”, Class; It used to be DD’s especially when all the Radar cruisers came out and CVs could play with you. I’d say all cruisers ; you get out spotted by DDs, blapped by camping BBs and even the novelty of Cruisers with torps has worn off with ever increasing Torp laden BB’s. Stalingrad, Moskva and Petro etc are now nothing to shout about. Hardest Ship? is Tiger 59 any easier to play than dreadnought, Lots hate Belfast 43, I love it, what doesn’t work for one works for another,etc,etc,etc. Some say it’s Radar Mino or Pan Asian DD line etc, well tell that to all the Shimi and DD players I’ve come across, Yeuyang is a beast and Mino chews everything, just div up with a us dd.
