You gonna have really to stop by pretending you know the law and the rules and the customers rights. You are not threatened, you've been warned !!! And WE can do even more. First go to school and study laws , then you wouldn't invented stuff like what you do know. 1. Using your " Legal " rights is never a treathening any company or neither a person. You may Always refer to your legal rights. You are filling in it has to do with the CV rework and that I would asks for better balancing CV's versus DD's. It has nothing to do with it. The case I talk about is from a time before the CV rework. To give you an example; the looting crates. You can buy crates with the chance to have a ship or a task that would give you early acces for that ship. It was for example the case with the premium CV's and now with the russian BB's. In my country it isn't allowed that WG would sell this crates to the customers . The same Eula that binds you to the agreement with WG also apply's for me. But on general; the Eula may not violate any customers rights or country customers protection rights. For my country it counts that WG may not sell these crates (it's seen as gambling) . And WG doesn't do that neither. I can see the crates, but I self can never buy them, because when you press on it to purchase them, I get a message the link isn't working. WG had to do that. Customers rights and country laws goes above or before the Eula of any company. Every company may write whatever they wish in the EULA. There are indeed also some regulations in it. For example some notes must be in it as an obligation for every company. And one of these required notes are; " you as user may Always use your legal rights'. It's not written in practice in these specifique words, but they must be in it.

I'm not abusing anything it's just the fact, any courtroom action is public. You are refering to have a case 'behind closed doors,' but that's only allowed when public opinion have made their mind already up and wouldn't accept any legal courtroom actions. Both sides has protection also during trial. But that doesn't mean that WG could ask to have a trial "behind close doors" when it's clear that they violate customers rights like they do with their ingame goods prices. That is a totally violation of the customers rights and it's not that they shall have a case against them for it that they can claim it has to be "behind closed doors". Second; even a case would be held "behind closed doors" it doesn't mean that the verdict self has to be kept secret. That verdict is Always public . It's verry clear you are not a lawyer, because then you would have known these differents. I never treathen them, I make it verry clear with my post that WG is violating the customers rights. And the only option WG has, is to make that the price for "shipload of credits " shall indeed be 137 + € after the discount period and not 99+€ like they did with the doubloons. That's one of the cases, they did these stuff with the 30.500 doubloons offer, they shall not do it with the "shipload of credits " now. And it's just because I've mentioned it openly. I never treathen WG or blackmailed them. It's totally open for everyone, what I've posted. They can all check on their own account what the discount is, and what the price would be after the discount and also what the price was before the discount. Most doesn't has that part before now, but it doesn't mean it wasn't there. And in the future they shall not repeat it. And I self never bought such a packed, so I'm not complaining for myself or claims any refund for it.

You really think that's the answer for everything in this topic ? We all know for WG all is fine. It was even super fine when they've launched the CV rework, but heck they had already to do a "hotfix" after just 7 days they've launched the CV rework. Let me give you an example; Before the rework we had also games where CV's where involved. I never had problems with , neither as DD player, neither as BB player. I only knew, when I was sailing a german BB, that I would say, it's gonna be tough time for me with the CV also in the game. Not the CV self, it was just that my german BB couldn't turn fast enough to avoid a CV torpattack. . If you would check my post from the past; I self never have any problems that a CV could harm me not even with the CV rework. As DD player I can also take in some cases a DD out by a single torp hit. But that is counter, because the opponent DD can do that also to me. It's fair for me, because the opponent can do the same what I wish to do to him/her in the game. And before the rework, I would as DD player focus on the CV if he/she was in the game. , With the CV rework I self can't do a thing against any CV attack; And it's not only one, in the none tier 10 games, you are stucked with 2 CV's each game. , for WG all was fine, untill they finally have to admit that they have to change some gamemechanics again, now just on purpose to solve the issue CV's versus DD's fights. I as DD player has to experience these stuff already for 5 full months. WG proclaims that with 08.04 upgrade, things shall be solved . I doubt about it, but I shall see next week. If it isn't a solution for the problems other surface ships has in the game, then yes, I also gonna be out. It's not that big amount , also your words. But that isn't the problem for WG as company. The problem shall be, how many players shall still buy ingame goods ? That shall be the number that counts at the end. If many, like me , stops spending any cent in WG, then they shall change again. And if WG shall have to pay a huge amount as penalty for violating customers rights laws, well I'm pretty sure WG shall be a good student and learn verry fast to listen to there customers . See it as an ingame booster, like premium consumables or flags. It helps you to advance quicker you know

You say that CV's still being balanced , WG wrote that CV's where balanced for them and so WG launched the CV premium sales The other post you asks, I shall do that tomorrow. yes you wrote exactly that way, players had to quit the game when there wouldn't be satisfied anymore . CV's aren't balanced yet, I wrote that also in the past and WG self is also confirming it. That's why they have the upgrade 08.04 and if you would have read the develop team blog, you would know that WG is experimenting with the 4 seasons weather as a solution to bring some balance in the current game. It would for WG prevent CV's from perma spotting and to decrease the amount of damage or decrease the focus on the DD's as example.

Wrong in that. See your own previous post. Media Backlash and Public opinion would be Devastating. WG can never prevent it that it would go public, just by the simple fact that any courtroom judicial act is public. What is for sure, that WG shall never agree with Love&Peace and with all the posts she/ he writes that players has to quit the game when they are not satisfied with it anymore. WG shall just put their best lawyers on it , just to prevent that the courtroom and the European Gouvernement would be not the once that would accept that it would be the policy from WG in it. The CV rework failed because for the moment it's just in the benefit of the CV players. For WG it was even a higher revenue because they could put some ships from the past , like the Graff Zeppelin, back on sale. It is not me or the other players that claimed that the CV rework was balanced and WG started to sell the premium CV's. And ones the sales period is over to change it back with the only option to 'nerf' the premium CV's and the other CV's. And just with the reason; it wasn't balanced yet, we had to something against the CV versus DD fights you know. And that's just the fact; WG can never ban me, even I would claim my customers rights. That's just the case, their Eula or contract , may not be in conflict with any customers rights of the users country laws or European laws. He had a case against Facebook and won it also, even he was still a user of Facebook. Not even when he won that case against Facebook. It would be the same here, WG shall only proclaim that they took actions against that employee of Gamesupport that wrote me that message. You may agree with WG and buy stuff from them. No one is stopping you from that. But yes, WG is breaken the law when they changed the stuff you purchased from them and so they have to 'refund' you correctly for it. You self already agreed for us and for your self you would accept any refund of WG, even it is only doubloons for it. But that doesn't mean all the others have to accept it also. And it's not that WG isn't totally correct in that alone, I showed already that WG violated already other law's. It was not your fault to do business with WG , but that doesn't mean that all the rest has to accept what WG is offering as refund for example for it. That's also their right and you have to respect that also. We all know already and you confirmed it already here again, refund in doubloons is fine for you, no matter what the changes are. But it doesn't mean all the rest has to do the same like you. Another example; we all know you like to play CV's. Not because the rework , but even before. A lot of players doesn't. I self I'm one of them. I've tried the CV's before the rework, but it couldn't appeal me. I also played them after the rework, but still they couldn't appeal me because I never accepted for myself the impact I have on the game even I self I'm a totally potato with them. For the record, I'm mostly potato player with no matter what class. Even I don't have any decent winrate and etcetera, it doesn't mean I didn't had fun in the game. It's all gone now. And for the record, I self never buyed any premium CV, neither in the past, neither with the rework. I however bought premium DD's mostly and a few other ships like the Atago and the Texas. The Jean Bart I had from the amount of coal I've saved during the game. With the DD's it's actually not playable anymore. And even I have a nice number of games, I only have the tier 10 shima and the tier 10 Yeayang. The Salem I also saved for it ingame. I don't have any other tier 10 ships in my collection. And if you would talk about the CV rework ? I already asked , what counter other classes has against a CV at a moderator. He had to admit, their is none, the game is designed with the rework that CV's can hit any target with the only purpose to attrackt more CV players in the game.

Well I have to repeat myself, even for you, and even you are active on the forum and assume for others you've read all the posts before you post. I already told you in the past, with the example that you would accept compansation in doubloons so you could buy for example Camo's with it. That where your words. I react it on it with the argumentation that it could be for you fine, but not for all the rest. And that's indeed the case; compansation or refund in real money , what users payed with, should be refund in real money also. And that includes you. If you would use that money to buy ingame goods, either doubloons or camo's directly, then it would be your choice. But when users pay with real money and WG changes the stuff in such a way that previous buyers wouldn't purchased these goods at all, then yes they should be compensated in real money for it and not in doubloons because it's restrict their freedom of spending their money. Compensated in doubloons keeped them stucked at WG. And like in my previous post about it. Compensated in doubloons costs the company nothing at all. And the European rules are verry clear in it, it counts for real goods, payed with money, but also for 'free' stuff , like for example a 'free' to play game. It was just that announcements and the evidence of what the European customers protection rules are as respond from me to Gamesupport that their answer was; " if you gonna do that … use your customers rights … we ban you ". And to make it a little bit further with it, they've treathen me to ban for it, but they never did really. It seems I'm gonna be able to send them the same message as respond , backed up with the European gouvernement and rules. If you (WG ) not respect the European customers protection rules, we shall ban you from all the European servers That shall be the price WG has to pay , to be so ignarant and self proclaimed righteousness. It's a golden rule in war; "never under estimate your opponent". It counts also for here , never underestimate the customers for your wargame They may be a little bit more then you ever assumed And to give you a practice example of it; in my country alone , European gouvernement blocked 1.064 internet sites that sold counterfeith trademark goods. You know what that is ? that is 3 sites each day of the year. Simply because they sold fake / imitation goods. 3 sites each day . They also thought that none would be able to stop them, not even able to see it

When premium CV's are sold with the argument that all is balanced for WG and so they start to sell premium CV's, then it must be balanced also and not like all the rest to rearrange it afterwards. Because that is in totally violations of the European rules , what by the way even WG has to follow because their HQ is located in Europe and not in Russia. and it's not about "WE" as I may use the same comparissing like the moderator. Read post 3961, the last part. I assume you are from Europe ? Because you are on the European server. Make sure your country allows WG , if not, all internet providers gonna have to block any content of WG. And they shall not care that you bought the premium CV's or that you like the CV gameplay on general. You are the one that wrote me that I would never win it from WG …. Then how come I can write you here that there's a big chance that WG shall not be allowed in the future on the European internet providers ? Read post 3961, that's a huge violation against European customers rules WG did. And they still do for the moment. You only have to check your "premium shop " button ingame. "Shiploads of credits" Announced as normall price of 137€, but with discount now available for 81€. That 81+€ was the Original price , but they announce it now as a discount price of 40%. It's actually the same price as before and no discount at all , even WG is announcing it that way. So after the 'discount period' the price must be 137 € for it. It never was. They did the same but with 30.500 doubloons on so called 'discount'. After the 'discount' period the price went up to 99€, what was a raise of almost 12% from the price before the 'discount ' period to after the 'discount period'. Such things are never allowed in Europe , it is equal to misleading customers on purpose. The punishment is verry hard for company's that uses these practice. What should be correct ? That the prices after the discount period are indeed 139€ and not 99€ like they did with the doubloons . What I descriped in post 3961 That means that WG is raising their prices for ingame goods with 40%, instead of given a discount We gonna make sure all shall be "balanced" with the other company's that respect the European Customers protection rules

That the game with the CV's isn't still balanced yet. But they self proclaimed in the past already that the game with the CV's was already balanced enough for it You can't claim first ; " all is balanced with the CV's " and then when players bought premium CV's to announce ,1 week later after the sale discount period for premium CV's is over, to have a new upgrade to see if they would have a solution for the CV's versus DD's fights in the game. And then also to proclaim wich directions they wish to see the game evoluate in the announcments of the defteam blog. These facts are in totally disruption of each other. You can't first proclaim; all is balanced for us (WG) and then proclaim , we have some changes because it was necessary for the gameplay

WG did say / wrote that the game was balanced with the CV's, not the players For WG it was even the sign or best time to release the premium CV's. All was balanced they proclaimed. Players bought these vessels, with that knowledge from WG in mind and then too find out it isn't still balanced at all. Now we gonna have the upgrade 08.04 for it, so for WG it's gonna be a test if they found a solution for the CV's versus DD's in the game. Heck, they even have the ranked also in the 'testfase' or 'datacollection' gameplay for it with the 08.04. In ranked they wish to see the data of what influence the game is gonna have when all the participants has to bubble up, (map and objectives is designed for that on purpose) and see what it gives with the CV also as participant of it. I wrote it already in another topic. WG wishes all the players in one Square of the map and see what the result would be for that playstyle they prefer to happen in the game. You wish to see all my replays that prooves that no matter what ship you play or what configuration you have for the ship or captain skills that the CV is able to do whatever she/he wishes ? He admitted that CV's has no counter because they are designed to have at least Always the possibility to hit any target . Just for the purpose that WG would have more CV players . But that's already 6 months WG had to time to "fix" CV 's versus DD's. And still not able to balance it or to make sure that the DD class has still a part of contribution to the game. Only counted from the live servers, not even the amount of time that WG developpers had when they 'reworked' the CV's. But it's also 6 months that for example the DD players suffered during that time and couldn't play their ships like it was supposed to be. But heck, WG and the developpers team doesn't care at all, only the numbers count, more CV players we need to have and for that all is allowed to achieve that goal. And it's not that the gamecommunity didn't announced it openly on the forum and even on the testservers what the problems would be with the CV rework. It's already more then enough written in the CV topic, CV's dominate the game and the only point what makes the difference is the 'skill' lvl of the CV players self to decide what team or side is gonne win. And it will be the same in 'ranked'. It will even be worser, because the team shall Always blame the CV player for it when they loose and loose a star also as player of that team. It's like in random battle mode, you don't choose your team for it, it's given by the MM. Ranked is supposed to be 'player skilled base' gameplay. It means that even no matter what the outcome of the game is, a win or a loose, when you as player performed well, you keep your star. So when you where skilled as DD player or as Cruiser player or as BB player, you still was rewarded for it. Now it's again all in the 'drain' just because WG has the goal for themselves to have more CV players in the game, while all the other classes doesn't have any counter for it to beat the CV's. The only thing WG and developpers team came up with is; we use and designed the game in such a way that 'Flanking' for example isn't rewarded. Players get forced to bubble up and hope that their own CV player is skilled enough to make the difference for them . Because they self can't do it anymore. All fine for WG and the developpers team. You wish all the rest of the players in one square and then tell here 'you gonna monitor" the effect of it I'm pretty sure already what the effect would be, I've seen it enough already in 'random' battle's.

I'm not on the NA server, neither I'm an US player. WG shall act, in ordre to try not to close the buisiness. It shall not be with our complains we ventilate on this forum about the CV rework and what influence it has on the game general and each other class individual, including the ships WG is promoting at good AA ships for example's. It's gonna be when WG is judged / convicted / sentenced by Europe for violating several customers rights and that WG has to pay the penalty for it, that WG shall starts to listen to their users of their games. WG is for some a small company , but WG has more then the most assumed 3 games like WoWs, WoP's and WoT's. WG has dozens games. A game company needs both kind of players on internet. the ones that pays stuff in the game and the ones that doesn't. There's no such really thing as 'free', not even 'free to play' while a huge amount of players can be the base of the gamerscommunity also here on WoW's. These 'free' players are actually the ones that helps the payed players to have opponents to fight with for example. You can argue as much as you like Allied_Winter, but tell here for ones how the other classes , with their typical strenghts and what WG self descripes as pro for that typical ship , can play against CV's ? And it's not even Always just one CV in the game, but mostly 2 of them. It can be that the playersnumbers didn't falled yet, but the players that pay for stuff in the game or premium ships shall be declined already and shall be decline further in the future. It's when the playerbase decline the game on general, that the rest also shall follow .

What for us players doesn't seems to work, no matter with the amount of 'hotfixes' and upgrades we had already for it . Before the CV rework I was most of the time a DD player. I had "fun" in the game to play that class. And for me it was never about 'points' or ranks or be an average player or unicum and stuff like that. Most of the time I actually had my 'fun' to spot the opponents for my team and to cap. I even bought premium DD's. Now that's whole part is taken out by WG. But I'm stucked with my 'ships class'. There's none of the DD's I can actually play anymore by their strengths. Concealment is one of them, even focused on the upgrades for the ship and the captain skills for it. All taken away by WG with the CV rework. Before the rework, when there was a CV in the game, I could use my concealment and go around or flanking to be able to catch up the opponent CV and try to sink him/her. Now it's even not possible annymore. Playing the flanks, is neither possible anymore. Hide behind an Island to use the strenghts of your cruiser for example …. With the CV rework you stay best in open waters, because then you have the most chance to avoid any airtorps. In the past I had a post from a CV player, that I would go against WG and not able to win …. That was wrong from that CV player. There are already 3 cases / investigations against WG going on and we shall win them. The last one , and even the biggest one, was previous week WG is so desperite for the players money that they violated several customers rights. I shall give you a tip (covered in smoke for you for the moment, but heck, this afternoon you get a tip ) the tip; How much is 139 minus 40% ? WG promoted a discount for 30.500 doulbloons. So the price was at that moment , during the discount, around the Original price before the 'discount' period. Now the price , after the discount period is 99€. The ones that saw it, like me, we gonna have great 'fun' in the future You have any idea what the punishment for that on purpose misleading customers by WG is in Europe ? I shall give you an idea ; it's 139 € - 83€ = 56 € multiplied with the proximy amount of WG players on the European servers You described self that 'fun' is subjective. But I can already assure you, our 'fun' shall not be accepted by WG as 'fun' . But all shall be being "balanced" you know. Balanced for all the other company's that sticks to the rules and the others like WG that doesn't .

next week , with the update of 08.04. When rank battle's start = new upgrade 08.04 = CV rework of the rework of the rework of the rework of the rework and in between of them you had the 'hotfixes'

Really ? Read the posts then in this forumtopic. Even the CV players self admitted that it isn't balanced at all with the CV's and not even after the numerous hotfixes and upgrades.

Really ? Then why WG is "hotfixing" the game from the first moment they've launched the CV rework ? Then why we have the one upgrade (for balance) after the other ? Then why WG is having again an upgrade 08.04 to try to solve some issue's already with the CV rework for the other classes like the DD's ? The nerf for the CV's is big in comparising other ships with the 08.04 update: "CV's has to start later in the game and all their speed is also reduced". Shall it solve any issue's the other players have with them ? We doubt. If 08.04 doesn't give any other surface change to counter the CV's, then for most players it shall be the end of their gameplay with this game. Because there's simply not any fun with CV games for the other classes.

So Ranked battle's shall be a round to see who's the best CV player in the game and all the rest of the participants can only watch and have no impact on the game ….

Do you actually play the game ? Or are you assuming that it could go that way (theoreticly)? Ingame it never works that way. El2aZer made it already verry clear and also others, that for example with a 'slingshot' you pass everyone in the blob and do as CV your attack anyway, no matter who that target is.

But not the other attacks from your other teammates, because you've spotted him and he has to manouvre because of your actions. Something they shouldn't have to do before. And not only while you attack that target, he stays spotted also for the next 20 seconds after your whole attack run on him. And now you tell here it has only to do with a "semi decent captain " ? It's just that you don't wish that CV's would be nerfed too much for your pleasure, instead of looking at the totall game .
