Hello Everyone,
maybe this has already been discussed, then plz close this thread quickly.
But out of frustration about a few very stupid players, whose sole existance seems to be to insult others (may they have a better idea how to play or not - mostly they don't), there might be a simple way to avoid that. Reporting and filing in a ticket is cumbersome and to a certain extent frustrating as well. One has to deal with a behaviour that is best forgotten at once, but actually sometimes you cannot simply put that away.
So, what if you could avoid those toxic players by simply adding their names to a personal list, which is accessed by the matchmaking algorithm that then offers you only battles without the ones on your list. I know, the time till a battle might begin will definitvely be longer, but it could be worth it. The time till a battle begins would probably roughly be proprotional to the number of excluded players on your list. So there would be a natural reason not to be to touchy and to add another person for the slightest reason. I would also be an additional option, to fine tune how this works. For example, you could be able to specify whether you wish to have no contact with a specific person at all, or simply wish that he or she is not in your team. You could limit that to players with a certain (low) karma. You could limit that to a certain number of persons. You could add a timer and after set amount of time, the person is automaticly dropped off your list and so on and so forth.
What do you think of the concept. Would it be worth spending a second thought?
Cheers
BTW Sorry for some mistakes i surely made, but i am no native speaker and the english forum seemed to me the one with the widest reach that i could use.
