Is there an issue with smoke in 8.8.1 ? My Flint doesnt seem to be putting smoke out as quick as it did, and I am getting detected on the 2nd puff ??? I have tried slowing down to 1/4 speed, no improvement. Did smoke get changed? Also having the same issue on Belfast

No its not as far as I know, because as far as I know, you lose all your Captain Skills ( Please correct me if I am wrong ) I was told about a year a go it was a " F**k Up, in a Dixie " ie a nightmare if you do it

What I find " Interesting " is ( look up the thread ) @Blixies got a lot of damage it appears with bombs, I get most of my Kills with Swordfish 3 torp A-S-D stall, bow or stern attacks. I am going to try playing a game with just bombs, as I need to increase my damage out put. ( any help or advice welcomed )

I thought on this @VanD4rk the issue is speed in The Birdy Bashing Units Georgia is a possibility, it needs testing in a training room. You can not be waiting for some big A$$ BB to be catching up for the smoke.

Which at first ignore the Objectives and go hunt CV,s, Later when Air Supremacy is achieved, they go Cap, using your own CV to scout. The 3 man Div, needs to be AA good, Fast and Mobile with smoke, ALL working as 1 Unit. That System needs to be at all the tiers CV,s are at.
