I was in a NA Pro War Clan, in a different game, made up of mainly retired Military ( Men and Women ) and a few very wealthy " Cougars " The philosophy, professionalism, and commitment was totally above any thing I have seen in War Gaming so far. I suspect a few of them may of played for the NA as I seem to remember a few nicknames, from " The Old Days " Addendum :- Having said this:- " was totally above any thing I have seen in War Gaming " Some one sent me this http://taw.net/ ~~ Fair Play I stand Corrected o7

EU v NA From what I watched, it was obvious who had the better logistics, did the most training, and better communications. Well done ALL good Effort. NA

I am looking forward to 1v1 If CV are allowed, it will prove beyond doubt, on this beloved spread sheet, AA is Operationally Unserviceable, and The balance of power on Warships is on an Aircraft Carrier. This will do 1 of 2 things, A) No change, in AA, which will lead to player base negative ramification, thus turning game play of non CV on its head, effecting sales of premier ships. or B) Promote a AA change and CV game change. ( yet again ) I will adapt and Conquer, what ever happens. Bring it on I am up for a fight.

I like the idea 1 v 1 mono a mono gunfight. and " Bring what you want " Makes it very Interesting

Heads up: new T8 Cheshire and T8 Borodino announced
Rhineheart_Thor replied to DanSilverwing's topic in General Discussion
I do not know I would have to research it fully. The fact the ships name is mentioned on the grave would indicate L. Neilands died on board, HMS Cheshire, plus it has his man number is on the stone. I was always under the impression Burial at Sea, was a common practice, returning to land protocol in war time I have no idea. In The Falklands War, Men where buried at Sea. -

HMS Trafalgar D77 battle class Destroyer, with rapid fire guns, radar, sonar, anti aircraft, and anti submarine warfare. Which also opens the door for The Royal Australian Navy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle-class_destroyer -

WOWS Version Real Version F18 source : https://uboat.net/allies/merchants/crews/ship2068.html I have no idea whats going on with this, real ships that served and have a registered pennant number should in my opinion be depicted as the original ship, for the sake of integrity and respect, some of them are registered war graves. I am a little shocked actually. addendum :- Just for a matter of interest :- R.I.P Lindsey. o7 ~TAPS~ -
It is an expensive enterprise for a player to undertake, in time, silver coins and experience points. I tend to agree with @Hanse77SWE , However I would like both the reward ships. Although I am currently disenchanted with the idea and system, I am contemplating, the value for myself as a player, and if I wish to go further with the project.

Why are DD's so poor these days.
Rhineheart_Thor replied to MadBadDave's topic in General Discussion
I am discussing with you, your screen shot, I respect what you are saying, I am interested in your post as I may learn some thing on how other players think, and work / play, which may give me some sort of tactical edge over the players, should I see them on the sea of battle. I like others I am sure have been in this situation, many times, I do not think it is a positive learning process, to blame a player or a type of ship, I feel it more positive to debrief the operation, good, bad and the ugly, as we did in the Military. The fact it seem to of been a cluster f**k, is irreverent, it happened and debriefing the plays helps not to have " as many cluster f**ks " in the future. Best Regards Lad -

I think radar needs to be used as a support tool for your crew, thus The ship should be played at effective radar range to be of use, not an easy task. I think the issue here is the team play strategy, the destroyers dying early did not help, I was not there so I have no idea what happened. -
Which forum members have you seen in random battles?
Rhineheart_Thor replied to Cobra6's topic in General Discussion
Belfast is one of the few ships I do not know what to make of it, A whole new thread on the Myths of this boat. Random I wonder on the " Operational Impact " of Belfast, I would swap the radar for decent effective torpedoes any day. Having said that Tier 7 seems to be a " Interesting Tier " -

Do you think HMS Belfast is strong? -
Spot on Captain. I think that sums it up nicely. The Bots certainly out smarted the real players, we where all dead with in 10 mins. I am not a lover of the British Destroyer line, I reset it under the Research Bureau thing to get Colbert and ran out of silver coins for Jutland

I didn't say I went in the cap, I didn't say I went into the fight, I didn't say what happened at all, all I said was the 2 or 3 guys ( cant remember now ) behind me after I spotted, for them disengaged with out firing a shot. This thread is about players moaning about destroyer players in a generalisation, its not about " What I did there and then " -

I didn't complain I pointed a situation out contra to the argument destroyer players are bad. You got down voted for assumption and presumption, when you where not there " dear "
