Why dont you fix the rework before messing around with premium ships??

Sorry I would have to disagree with that statement, although the majority of players dont post or even view the forums. I would be careful in labelling us as the outspoken minority. We may be a minority of the player population who post on the forums, but I think we speak for the majority of players when discussing issues that affect everyone in the game. If everyone who plays had a forum account, the tone of opinions shared on the forum would be be pretty much the same as they are already, one of distension and utter betrayal in the face of a game whose dynamics have been completely changed with this rework. No class of ship should have such autonomy over the outcome of a match, the game is now so unbalanced except in those events where there are no CVs like Ranked or CBs. Players of entire ship classes are now discussing new tactics to counter CVs, so much so that it has entirely changed the way people play this game. That kind of forced change is completely unacceptable....

What idea or problem lead to the Rework of CVs in the first place?

I have a question, more of a curiosity actually. Why is it for the over-match mechanics, projectile velocity & weight are not factors in the calculation? Surely momentum is more of a relevant factor than just shell diameter, if a shell has enough momentum it should be able to over-match that armour?

Lets be honest for a moment @MrConway this has all been a bit of a cop-out if you ask me. You have such a large player base here that spend a lot of money on this game, which in turn pays your salaries. Thus in a way War Gaming should be held accountable for the actions that have lead to the way this game has been developed, going completely against the grain of the original beta game that was launched in 2015 and without any kind of approval first being sought from the gaming community that play the game. The game that exists in 0.8.0 is not the game people signed up for. So when I see things like the above as a gesture of "good will", to me its insulting. In fact I find it offensive that you would even post something like that, because no one asked for these changes in the first place.

Why is there two CVs in each game? New Meta I have seen ingame now where DDs shadow me in my BB for cover, which is quite sad. I feel sorry for them now the game has become AA focused!

How comes adding BFT AFT Captain Skills no longer increase the AA% Rating on a ship? Even the AA signal does not increase the number anymore? Can any one explain why? Seems that no matter what I do it wont change the AA Rating... Alabama without signal: Alabama with signal: Both are 75%

Black / Flint are not the only ships you can get with Steel, there are other OP ships you can get. So paying to get more steel really does help toward acquiring OP ships that would other wise be out of reach thus it is Pay2Win.

Your perspective is Not mine. Thus winning to me or pay2win has a completely different meaning than it does for you.

Winning is all a matter of perspective, Pay2Win does not necessarily mean pay2win ingame with an OP ship that can only be bought with cash. Winning can have several meanings, in this case progressing through the PEF event means you only win 2k Steel plus the ship. If you buy the ship, you pay2win steel. The objective here is to win more steel than a free2player can, and no matter how much you progress with the PEF event you cannot get more steel unless you buy the ship early. Thus Pay2Win.... We can go round and round all day, but my answer will be the same. So best stop trying mate.

it is pay2win because buying the pef early meant you were given access to another steel mission that can only be completed by people that had the PEF. So I got 4k steel instead of 2k, just for buying the pef
