@MrConway The current meta of HE rainbow spamming ships and all manner of high refire malevolences in between, mean that adversaries need to be able to dish out real damage and punish those that dare cross them. This includes the Yoshino, on paper this ship never existed as the original B-65 design did not include torps but at least give it the best ammo. It just so happens that a heavier shell exists for the IJN 310mm gun and the Yoshino should be using it, with Azuma using the 448kg one. -
FP is a waste of 4 points, I much prefer IFHE for deeper penetrations on secondary beasts.

I want 558kg shells on the yoshino, to make competitive at tier x. Else it will not be as effective, say against stalingard. -
You can hybridize the build between the two, as a third option.

Yamato at Tier 9 = Musashi. I am saying that the Azuma could be a cruiser version of this, if Azuma and Yoshino have the same ballistics. Why would you go for the Tier X version? When you can have the same guns at Tier 9 and be OP.... -

I find it strong against BBs also, particularly Tier 8s. Ships like Bismarck and Tirpitz are cannon fodder. Just dont get focused or you perish quickly. I use it to support DDs with Radar and AA aswell. Alaska is the kind of ship that can take advantage in a state of chaos best played at mid-range. My best performance was a citadel on a broadside Yamato at 19k. -
AI has increased a lot since its inception, judging by the "intelligence" shown by some humans on here BOTS are definitely an upgrade on the evolutionary path of our planet. Dont discount them!!!

No, the game is text interface to communicate and control. So a keyboard is necessary. Discovery Freelancer is the most successful mod due to the development that went into the game. Players can build their own bases to manufacture rare goods, there is cloaking devices, jump hole generators / jump drives to allow instantaneous jumps to systems across the Sirius map. Every house and pirate nation has its own navy, from Light Fighters upto Carriers, Players can dock inside Player Carrier Ships, Plus the RP Universe of which the story drives the development of the game. Its actually really advanced for any mod I have seen.
