It gives you -7% dispersion on your main guns but 99% of camos give enemy ships +4% dispersion on incoming shells thus you get -3% dispersion overall when mounted on your ship. Whats the point in using it for such little gains......

I like to think of the Traffic Light Mod as GPS Satellite navigation over a battle area, it gives important information about enemy ship movements. If a ship is bow on to you its very hard to tell if they are moving forwards or backwards. GPS and Google maps is very helpful in overcoming these issues, Traffic Light is a welcome addition to our plethora of navigational instruments...

I got mine for doubloons way after this event, it went on sale in the Armory! You will just have to wait for it to appear again, which it will do. Keep checking in on every new update for news on new items coming to the armory. Perhaps @Crysantos or @MrConway can help
