(its like you buy a car that runs 200km/h, but producer will somehow by software wifi electronic unit reduction, after months reduce your power to max 160km/h) so... yes.. they deserve money back.

winrate must be upgradet..like in ranked in ranked the best captain, at least doesnt loose a star in random, must be addet another value + winrate >>> for top player. to be objective. example: winrate 46% place No 1 among players 52 x , ( or 26% among all battles...) so like this: 46% / 52 or 46% / 26% top
