Seriously, how hard is it to do a proper sound check before starting a stream, especially one that's supposed to highlight the game's high level play?
Hell, if you can't manage a soundcheck, at least use dynamic range compression to automate it, the quality will suffer compared to a professional broadcast, but at least it wouldn't as be painful to listen to as is.
And how hard is it to understand that if you're insisting on using a studio microphone, you HAVE TO keep a constant distance between you mouth and the mic, or the volume levels will be all over the place?
If you can't sit still, use a f-ing lapel mic or headset!
It's not like this is a one time issue - for YEARS now, MrConway had reliably managed to completely f-up the sound on EVERY SINGLE Community Stream!
