I don't think that's the issue, I've used OpenHardwareMonitor and it showed no significant increase in temp, which makes sense, as I've overcompensated with the cooling system, because I plan to upgrade, eventually. More demanding games (Witcher 3, Metro) they run fine. Even here it's bizarre, I start a game, it goes to la la land, i start another, and everything is fine......

I7-7700k, 16gb Ram, GTX 1080, all the latest updates installed. I've verified all the files. My graphics card is not overheating. This does not happen anywhere else, and it does not always happen, only every few games or so. Can someone please tell me what to do.....

I've had this boat for about a month now, and I still can't decide if I hate it or love it. It has excellent guns which can, given time, chew up and spit out a Yamato, I should know, I actually did it once. It's torpedoes are numerous, with excellent characteristics all around, I've scored quite a few hits with them. Good concealment, both natural and with its smoke. English Repair, which basically builds you a new boat, is always welcome. The AA is wonderful, Cv's are basically helpless against it. However.....if ANYTHING bigger than a DD so much as looks at you, you are dead. There is no question about it. Neptune gets citadeled by absolutely everything from all directions, with any caliber. This ship must never brawl, not even against dd's. In my experience, the only way of playing it, is by hiding behind islands, and hoping nothing spots you. The smoke, while nice, is rather pointless, due to everyone having radar, so don't bother using it on open water, hoping to hide and shoot from there, it won't work. Only use smoke to hide you, as you turn to run away from everyone, while hoping that the enemy will miss at least 95% of their shots, or you are dead. The repair will extend your playtime a bit, but if you were spotted, you are unlikely to live long enough to use it again. Never go first, never brawl, never leave the cover of islands (unless you have absolutely no other choice), and you might survive, if you are lucky. This is the only way I found to play the Neptune.... Does anyone have any other experience with this boat? Maybe i'm still just missing something?

My Lexington is pretty much useless, at most i've managed to cause 34k damage in a game (the most i had pre-rework was 108k damage with 3 ships sunk in my Ranger). The fighters are good for spotting and harassing dd's, they immediately melt when faced with 2 or more ships. The dive bombers are pretty much useless, 2k damage a hit, with a chance to start fire, they are unlikely to make another bombing run because they immediately melt when faced with 2 or more ships. The torpedo bombers are the most useful, if you are lucky and find a single bb, who's aa isn't up to scratch, you might actually make 2 runs at it and cause 5k damage a hit, if you manage to line up a torpedo run well enough.Still, they melt when faced with 2 or more ships. Maybe it's because it's too soon after the re-work. But i've yet to see a CV being actually a threat since the re-work.....
