Marceau is almost always fun Napoli is fun when you can get close. Yoshino is not fun but it’s pretty effective.

Marceau is the strongest and IMO, the most likely to be removed in the future. Its probably the most fun but Napoli is also very fun. Yoshino is probably the least fun to play but long range HE spam is meta, Yoshino does it very well.

Very different from all the previous ships, going from large amount of small guns to small amount of larger guns. It is very different to the rest of the line

Yoshino has better AP pen, better accuracy and the flight times are almost exactly equal.

BTW, Carnot is no more an AP monster than the Agir. It hits hard enough but needs broadsides. Yoshino has equal pen but destroyer accuracy at close range.

Yoshino has much better dpm and fire chance and accuracy along with torps that can catch the unwary. Carnot is faster with better armour. Yoshino will be far better at range while Carnot will likely survive longer at close range.

@YabbaCoe I really appreciate that you are fixing the Moskva camo injustice (possibly too strong a term) Delny looks a Grozovoi with worse reload, range and concealment. Also, no smoke. looks uninspiring.

Those stats look an awful lot like a worse Grozovoi. Really happy that WG are finally making good on the Moskva camo incident.

+ Much better smoke firing penalty. + Much better AP with slightly higher dpm than the anchorage. + Baltimore hull so citadel should be far less vulnerable than anchorage. + Hydro combined with smoke + DefAA and hydro in separate slots vs - No spotter - no torps - 4000 better HE dpm To me this looks far better than anchorage.
