Napoli is one of the most fun ships to play. Moskva has great radar and is very good at long range spamming but can also push if you stay angled. Yoshino is one of the best long range spammers of both torps and HE. Fairly easy to get high damage numbers but it lacks impact. Salem? Just get Des Moines. Carnot has significantly worse dpm and accuracy compared to Yoshino I don’t think it’s speed and armour compensate for that but I don’t have Carnot. So Napoli for close range fun. Yoshino or Moskva for long range spam.

If you don't like Moskva, Stalingrad may be a bad choice for you. It feels very similar just with worse HE, much better AP and burns far more.

I've got everything but Vampire and Colbert, not interested in either of them. About 50k Research points and 6.5million free XP means I'll be getting on release!

Premium tier 9 ships are still the best credit earners. As long as you don’t play too badly!

I did 5 once. Now on over 6 million freeXP which seems to be useless so might do more next time.

I agree completely. They need to give Delny something that makes it better than Grozovoi at range. It certainly should have poor concealment but better dpm to make up for it. Currently it’s worse.

Mistake was so huge they couldn't really let it stand. I would buy a million containers if it happened in WOWS.

Damage saturation does make sense. What you said, implying damage saturation causes extra damage, does not.

I've still got higher average damage in the Kearsarge than the Musashi! That said, I get a fair bit more fire damage in the Kearsarge. The beauty of the Kearsarge is that you do not feel completely helpless against a torpedo destroyer.

Without that, I do think it would be OP. For now it seems strong but ok.

It's hardly unsinkable! For a battleship it's not very tanky.

Their slowly getting there, They've now made Delny as good as the tier 9 Tashkent: better dpm, worse range. Of course Grozovoi still has: Better consumables ( can mount smoke AND heal) Better dpm Better range Much better concealment Worse torps
