I was asking you to explain the use of the word in the Wargaming statement, not yours! The word in their statement is completely superfluous and misleading. It should be removed for the sake of clarity.

Explain the the use of the word 'also'. The statement does not require that word so why is it there?

It’s the word also that causes the issue. it Implies that either ship could be used though it doesn’t explicitly state it. It’s misleading.

In a crate they do but not when bought straight from the shop.

Then I would have bought a black tirpitz and 10 point commander for £3.85! The Ship deals are actually very good, The 2500 doubloon mission brings the price down by £9 effectively so these ships are not far off half price. trying so hard not to buy!

Bought one container and got the Black TIrpitz. Based on that data I assumed a 100% ship drop rate Bought two more and got camos.

I'd rather keep the useful elite commander xp and get rid of the useless 'elite xp'. I'm sure some have 10s of millions commander xp though!

I hope it’s done carefully. Between tier 7 and 8 a lot of standard armour values change drastically. Cruisers go from 16mm to 25mm bow , stern and plating. Battleships from 25 to 32mm. A Hipper has better armour bow-on then any tier 7 battleship. Tier 7 battleship and cruiser concealment is far worse than their tier 8 equivalents. This is very similar to the issue with tier 5s against 6s and 7s. I feel tier 7 has fewer options to deal with tier 9s than tier 8s have for tier 10s. I suppose time will tell...

Secondary buff doesn't affect Bismark or Tirpitz as they already fire HE. WG would like to increase the viability of secondaries so that might benefit the Germans more than others

Bismarck and Tirpitz do feel weak but only because they struggle when uptiered. A North Carolina and stay at range when uptiered while a Bismarck still needs to get close. Possible secondary buff coming could be exciting?

That would increase damage against BBs but probably not affect damage against other classes. Sounds like the right idea.

Musashi is overpowered against Battleships and Cruisers but underpowered against Destroyers. CV's love seeing a Musashi on the enemy team. Situationally it can be very strong or weak. Missouri can melt planes, radar DDs and does well against Battleships and Cruisers.

Notser has reviewed the Vanguard and loves it : He compares to cruisers due to it's mobility, interesting argument.....

Worth noting that Black Friday is nearly here. In summer Scharnhorst was 50% off (two weeks after I paid full price.) you got your doubloons cheap but you cannot replenish them the same way.

Musashi is good but is better value in the arsenal. 750000 Fxp is a lot for one ship. i have enough but it’s hard to push that button to spend it all. if Alaska is more than 1,000,000 million I will simply free do to tier 10s in a few more lines. Wargaming will not increase the price of current ships. If they did you’d be able to buy a Missouri for 3m free xp. I don’t think sub Octavian was saying the Kronstadt is to strong. He said it was very strong with experienced players. Sounded more like he was defending it and it’s troll guns!

MrConway. I'm concerned with my Scharnhorst and Graf spee. Both have inaccurate guns and anaemic HE for thier caliber. One advantage they did have was a short fuse timer for their AP making full pens more frequent. Would an increase in HE alpha or similar be a good idea? I'd prefer an increase in accuracy for both but that might unbalance things.

sounds like it's a tier 7 to me. I think the Hood is the reason it's a tier 8

Your're right, I think because I usually buy with doubloons I forget that 13000 costs that much. I'm still tempted but tier 8 is quite hard.

Looks very expensive, would rather buy Jean Bart for similar money.

Has anyone got the Moskva upgrade? Is it good? I'm about a third of the way to it. Better range and accuracy while losing ROF compared to the reload mod.

Hate to break it to you but GK is still not a good ship at range. Of course 50% more guns does help. I'd happily take a straight swap for an Alabamas guns
