For a battleship.

It was almost a buff. 75% casemate repair feels very naughty.

I like the Moskva but you really have to bow tank with it. Nothing takes battleship AP the way the broadside Moskva does, multiple citadels every time. for me I position where I can bow on to the entire enemy fleet. The armour of a Moskva is ridiculously strong when bow on. The Moskva is decent at area denial in open water as long as you keep all the enemy ships in autobounce territory. Zapping the radar every now and then to get those DDs trying to sneak up on you.

You're presumably aware that all T10 players having 53% win rate is impossible? The worst few players will be dropped, the skill level of T10 will go up and a lot of us would lose the right to play at that tier. A poorly thought out idea i'm afraid. EDIT: Old thread. Nevermind.

For me, as soon as I unlocked the Khabarosk my karma plumetted. Henri IV made it shoot up. I'm trying not to look anymore

Go IFHE. You’ll melt anything at tier 7 and below. You’re fire chance is still good considering how many shells you can fling.

The hindi does have a turtleback. At close range that could be the issue.

9 fires? Are you firing HE with your Warspite? That's not the best idea.

I prefer to look at it as BFT adding 10% and demolition expert adding 25% fire chance (8-10%). I would go BFT but either could be justified.

I use SE as I have s special commander. i do think BFT would have been a better choice.

just remembered I citadelled a Jean bart in a roon from 16km once. Funny how some ships seem to have funny holes in their armour.

just in front of the first turret from range is the normal way with German battleships. It's still surprising as it usually happens at range but i suppose Baltimore has very floaty shells

Georgia is a great ship I enjoy Yoshino but it’s considered weak by many The Smolensk is widely thought of as overpowered. I would go Smolensk.

Smolensk seems so very effective when rng favours you but i've had battles where my first fire came after more than 100 hits. In that situation the lack of HE pen is very noticeable. Of course, if that ship turns broadside you can do a whole lot of AP casemate damage.

What’s the best sixth module for the Smolensk? Im on main battery mod but the CCs are mostly using the range mod.

Kitakaze pen makes all the different really. No torps mean even battleships will happily charge you in smoke. I'm waiting for the Siegfried that might be freeXP also.

Well I did it. Good ship though I potatoed a couple of times. (Outran my smoke in front of a Montana) Just had a battle with a Hindenburg where I wished I had IFHE. Is IFHE necessary? I wouldn't put it on a DD but I could have melted the Hindy if I had it.

Having seen CCs reviews of the Smolensk Should I convert 4000 steel to coal so I can afford it? I don't do clan battles or ranked so I won't get anymore steel. Should I do it. Otherwise I'll probably have to wait for my next coupon in december.....
