That's the problem. Yoshino HE has great pen alpha and fire chance. Yoshino AP always felt weak to me thought It's probably only because teh HE is so good. I assume you have the joy of being ambushed by a destroyer at 5km and blapping it with all nine shells landing? Yoshino has dispersion better than that of a cruiser at close ranges.

I don’t agree. The ship has worse accuracy than Izumo and much longer reload. It now has worse armour. There is something to be said of alpha but to me this ship is looking rather underwhelming. Its fine if you disagree.

Well 7 battles and all I managed to do was keep losing and gaining a star! I’m 500 away from the Stalingrad but would need to get to rank 6 to get Bourgogne. We’ll see, after tomorrow I may decide I like Stalingrad more after all!!!

There was a Russian CC who intentional torped Flamu live on stream. Flamu reported him and apparently he 'distanced himself' from his own behaviour. If Wargaming will not punish those who are supposed to advertise the game and get rewarded handsomely with in game currencies. I suppose I shouldn't expect them to punish 'normal' griefers

I'm also putting it on my Kita as the Aki and Kita are where I spend most time when grinding research points.

Should intentional team killing be a minor issue?

Kita is a beast but I think it brings dpm while others bring better utility. I'm not sure it needs a nerf.

So presumably you are either saying that all cruisers have weak side armour? If not, what is your point of comparison? It seems to be alike to if I were to say the Kremlin has a weak upper belt as battleships can pen it. If there is no point of comparison how can we call it weak or ‘very weak’?

I love my Vanguard. It's a ship where you use both ammo types. It has accurate guns and the AP works very well against Cruisers and Battleships at close range. HE is perfect for battleships who angle. Use the rudder shift to make up for the poor gun angles .

Are you both seriously arguing that 50mm of upper belt armour in a cruiser constitutes 'weak side armour'. Which Cruisers then have strong side armour? I can only think of Agir and Siegfried have more than 50mm.

It's sides are far smaller and better armoured than Stalingrads though. I am currently looking at buying Stalingrad or Bourgogne and this is something I am thinking about. Stalingrad's and Moskva's citadel is huge and easily hit from any range by a battleship. Petros is nice and low and has 300mm of spaced armour under the turrets (180mm + 120mm). Petro can't bow tank in the same way a Stalingrad due to having worse frontal icebreaker and frontal citadel protection. Petro plays a bit like a Kronstadt in that you can move around more than the Moskva and Stalingrad. It's still not an agile ship though. With AP bomb equipped CVs in the game, I am struggling to buy a ship that would like to remain stationary for large parts of the game

I agree it would be more entertaining but I don’t think they’d do that without giving secondaries a gun bloom. Stealth firing secondaries would be fun though!
