I bought Bagration and Ochakov in that event. The benefits were very good so i made a ton of free XP and had special camos for the T8-10 ships. I was hoping they would follow with similar events...

It's exactly the same as supercruiser dispersion. Unlike the Slava it has good horizontal dispersion even at close range. Of course, as you mention, The Slava's vertical dispersion more than makes up for its poor horizontal dispersion at close range and it remains accurate even then!

Yes the Ap is underwhelming. However, Yoshino has DD accuracy on it's guns at close range. Hit a DD without damcon at close range and you know everything out and take 10k damage. Of course, you're so big a DD will take great pleasure in torping you. Yoshino has 21km range stock so I hope noone is using range mod!

I'm not sure why they removed it. It's neither popular or overpowered.

I actually quite liked California. It's AA is amazing and it's guns are pretty good. Looks like Florida should have similar AA and better guns as well as being faster in exchange for slightly worse armour Florida looks like a good tier 7 but I'm not sure I'd want to buy any tier 7 at the moment.

You would of course, end up with a few flags as well. I'm surprised it was released i the shop to be honest, why buy the bundles when you can purchase Florida in the shop for the equivalent of 9,500 doubloons

Iowa has: more health better heal higher dpm much faster speed Minnesota only seems to bring a higher alpha damage. The broadside is very strong but the ship feels so limited. The guns are not good enough to make up for its many shortcomings.

I do hope they make it up to those who didn’t get shipments at the end of the update. Did they say what they are testing? How daily shipments effect daily play would be my guess. So those without daily shipments should take a holiday from WOWS to show them we need super containers full of detonation flags!

Massa is easier to use as you just close the distance and fire away. It cannot reposition well or do any work at longer ranges. Do you think Georgia should be as tanky as the Massa tier for tier and be the fastest battleship in the game with accurate guns? I think it probably takes more skill to use agility and accuracy then sheer brute force brawling.

All tier 10 premiums have a nominal value of 35,000 doubloons. If you restore the Moskva and it works, you will get 35,000 doubloons for a few million credits. If it were me, I'd give it a go!

I did that in a Bismarck at 21km. Naturally, I was very surprised!
