    No fire prevention is a big issue for these supercruisers so you are wise to wait. My Siegfried will lose her secondary build also. The rework has been put back for a while. You don't have Alaska yet? Buy that first as it's leaving the shop. However, it does exist in 2019 black containers so you might still e able to get in future that way, like the Jean Bart.

    Same dispersion pattern as Alaska but with better shell flight times. It's a good ship, I prefer it to Alaska as you can angle in this ship against battleships. In the Alaska, if you go broadside, enemy battleships only get oerpens which feels wrong. Glad you are enjoying the Agir.

    Instead of clicking to opt out of spending doubloons, we should instead have to opt in. The default should be NOT spending doubloons.

    Musashi camo is good value due to the extra 50% commander XP and the very useful +200% mission. It also looks nice.

    I’m not sure it does make a difference. The propulsion mod halves the time it takes for the engine to reach full power. Speed boost seems to make the engine reach full power instantaneously. If that is the case, the propulsion mod and speed boost do not stack in any meaningful way.

    Yes I was. Since it’s shell travel time buff it is pretty strong as a long range HE spammer while it’s AP works well on battleship upper belts.

    Yorck is strong with better HE dpm than the tier 9 Roon. Nagato is ok.

    That's why I said superstructure or same tier DDs. It's possible you could target a destroyer's superstructure but you'; be getting a lot of shatters and misses. I wonder if they'll buff this ship in a different way as so far, it doesn't look good.

    They killed Fenyang! It's HE won't even pen superstructure or same tier DDs anymore Don't worry, it still has dpm..... 1200dmg x 8 guns x 15rpm = 144,000dpm Akizuki has 192,000dpm.

    You are right, it's 30mm but it is fairly small as the citadel is not that wide compared to the size of the ship I cannot say I've ever seen a Kronstadt get devstruck and I've had nearly 200 battles in mine It ahs a 230mm long outer belt and a space 90mm citadel armour behind it. This makes it good at bouncing shells when angled. It's citadel is close to waterline also.

    I think it's still is. It's citadel is far better protected than the Stalingrad so it can be played far more aggressively making the accuracy less of an issue. Of course, it melts even faster under sustained HE fire.

    The far more interesting part about this blog is that it seems to be confirmed that battleship SAP will only do overpen(10%) damage to destroyers.

    I'm watching this thread closely. I have all the ships that are being removed bar the Smaland. I have 3.4m freeXP but still struggle to pay 2 million for one ship. For the OP, I would say get the Alaska, it's a very strong ship and an absolute cruiser killer.

    He's talking about the relationship between base XP and credits. Camo and premium do affect credit earnings

    But you can buy all the tier 8 freeXP ships in the store. Containers for flags for 120 battles would be far more expensive. I also have doubts about you being able to make 1m freeXP in 120 coop battles. That’s 8,333 free XP per battle. With all the flags AND a 200% xp mission, I am making 30k freeXP from 200k battles. However in an 80k loss I made less than 10k freeXP with about 800 base xp. So, even with the 200% bonus, you would need to consistently receive 750+ base XP in coop. I’m not sure that’s likely.
