I think we need to be careful here. If there is a 99% chance of getting a Yuudachi (for example) and all other ships were in the other 1% It would still be random! We surely are not expecting equal chances of getting a Krasny Kreme and a Belfast? The only scenario which would be problem against what Wargaming has stated is if there was zero chance of getting a certain ship. This would be hard to prove without huge sample sizes.

And your evidence for this is?

This is not proven and the more people assume it as fact the longer it will take us to understand what is actually going on her People have jumped on a theory based on one person's assumption when understanding one paragraph from Wargaming. His assumption does not correlate with what was stated by Wargaming. We need statistical data to prove this to be true. Still, I do wonder what Wargaming will say about this. @Crysantos @MrConway

It's a shame that I opened all my containers in one lot. It would be helpful if i knew which came straight from a santa crate and which came from a supercontainer. Under the reddit thread theory, every ship received that is not from the shortlist must have been received in a supercontainer. Did anyone receive a different ship from either a mega or big crate rather than a supercontainer?

I've seen it but it proves nothing. Even if you have a very high chance of getting a Makarov first it still wouldn't be a scam as odds are not stated by Wargaming. We know some ships have a higher chance of appearing but that too does not make it a scam. I don't know if people were expecting equal chances of getting a tier6 or a tier 9?

I'm not sure about this. We've known for years that lower tier ships are more likely and rare ships are least likely. Where did these lists actually come from? The conclusion the poster comes to from the quote they pulled from a WOWS article does not make sense. Am i missing something here?

How many did you buy? The only think in them that is poor value in my opinion is the camouflages. Special signals are great and ships are a bonus.

Seeing the Mandred in action is the reason why, after dreaming for the Stalingrad as my first Steel ship, I bought the Bourgogne. Bourgogne is a great ship, to me it feels like a supercruiser in that you will use HE as well as AP. I've devstruck a few DDs in this thing. Bourgogne's armour is pretty poor for any kind of brawling as HE will melt you fast.

First game and it looks OK, the smoke is very useful but I struggle with shell flight times as I do with Atlanta. Captain skill rework looks like it will be very bad for these two ships so i really wouldn't recommend buying flint at the moment

Neither ship is great. It might be best for you to save the coal until you have a little more experience.

Another 20 Mega containers. I've now got everything but the Z-35 Including the Flint and Neustrashimy. Time to stop now. Though I do still have enough doubloons for 8 more mega containers.......

Both Alaska and petropavolosk have a trollish citadel and plenty of pen for battleship citadels. Was it one of those?

It gives up too much for those torps that are only decent. Gun dpm, turret traverse and angles are very poor. If it still had Hydro it might be ok but it looks fairly weak at the moment.

Vermont feels like a big improvement on Minnesota but i've only played one game.

I also bought the Siegfried as a secondary cruiser. These skill changes remove that option. I doubt you'll get a refund though.
