*looks at my stats* *looks at the vid* why do I have to fit the bb stereotype that well for what I like.(note: I do push in a bb, but only when we have a numbers advantage or make some important kills, otherwise I hold my ground or run) not to say that the current system is bad, but you certainly need to hold off on the dcp until the entire squad is gone. but I can see some intresting balancing, like IJN can have fast and agile planes that can doge the AA blast easily, but their hp will be low, so not very likely to surive the MG fire. On the other hand, USN will be slower/less agile, but can facetank AA and MG fire far better. I guess I wait for it to come out on testing.

For me, it’s I showed full broadside in a kawachi vs a pre nerf Nassau at 4km. i have heard of angled armor before since I do play building games(from the depths)that has that level of complexity, did not think it is in here cause I did read about real life shell vs armor interaction, and in fact discovered bouncing shells when I was doing Nippon charge vs a SC and me wondering why the hell my shells are not penning, and how the hell im taking all that damage :P. some more research later and more trial and error, now dying less cause derp and having more fun. also: To be extra sure, I triple checked the wiki on SE and BOS, and yes, he has taken SE on a boat which is well known for exploding, like hell a couple hundred hp will help. Found this on the suggestions......like lol wut, if he asks for actual subs, fine. This? He must be high.

Well flooding often kills you, or removes a large chunk of hp. as of now for my feedback: Long rang AA appears useless, but if you fly into the heavy AA explosion, it does hurt as of now. May be adjusted as in increasing ROF or blast radius. The new system of single squad control certainly encourages DOT effects more. Not sure what you should do when you meet the opposing carriers squad, and both of your fighters are off cool down Having the entire squad follow you around even during the attack run where only 3 planes does it is odd. fighters being AI controlled does not sound like a good idea. For gameplay however, obviously it’s has been dumbed down from its current form, but it is certainly more action packed. otherwise I’m indifferent to this rework, guess I wait till public testing starts.

On the other hand, manual AA guns? As in actual manual AA, you have to physically control them, and have to make decisions on wheather to show more side to bring more AA guns to bear or something. also not sure now how the Wooster will work now(it does have dual purpose for its main guns) well, gonna wait till 4pm here and see what is their solution I suppose.

Knowing what happened with Graf, t4-5 cvs and BB citadels, 1st is very likely. Improved UI with better handling and controls would certainly be very good.

i actually forget one more thing that makes fractured space superior: It has the Mighty Jingles himself as a captain.(sadly the event for getting him has long passed, as far as I'm concerned, he wont be available for a long time) he even goes "that's a paddling" when you kill someone.(although it be hard to hear him over the sound of gunfire) been around since the closed beta of FS, back when jingles himself first reviewed the game, and offered his voice to the devs. WoWs? here have anime captain, AL shipgirl captain, even Dasha herself, but no Jingles? absolutely unplayable PS yes that is my jingles :D

still need to keep the armor scheme as close to real life as possible though, but agree on the raising the citidels in general. ap on dd is mostly fine, just need to iron out the double overpen/pen bug

The issue I see is the binary effect of IFHE on certain ships, on CLs they literally must have the skill, no other way, otherwise you are regulated to shoot at other crusiers and DDs, and be useless for most of the battle. i say we move nerf IFHE by reducing HE alpha by a small amount-something like 10-20% less damage(remove the old fire chance debuff) then move its position to 2-3 point skill and have something else moved up instead(along with buffs if needed)

10x4 total torp tubes, 5 per side if Wikipedia is right... so 20 torps per side. So why was it removed in the first place anyway? edit:got ninjad by @Xevious_Red that said, it certainly sounds fun. Also TK system has been changed since then I belive, now its the matter of getting peeps into caps.

Can someone explain what’s up with this boat? all I know that it is a torpedo cruiser that did nothing cause CVs. (we aready have skillkaze with 3x5 torp wall, so I’m not sure what’s up)

Capture points in other games I played: entire teams would meet at each other on it, with a massive bloodbath on it as a result. World of warships: capture points=no go zones for whatever reason. that said, there are cvs, and they are huddling reasonably together, although they should be advancing into the point itself :P -

Tldr: 7x10 volleys every second with all of the correct upgrades and buffs, capable of vaporising a captial ship in 40s also has flatness that can make ryuojo's chest large in comparison(calling it surfboard is quite popular) mainly because she somehow managed to share her oppai with other comrades cause she realised they are actually a disadvantage since more oppai conscious ships would grope her+ she is of Russian origin+ Darn it it's AD3400, breast transplants are possible. I believe thr it is the "kiss" group right? I say people who claim to be scared of clowns have not seen the kiss makeup. That is outright creepy IMO. K lets elaborate: you think space BB Yamato is big? It's size is comparable to what they call a corvette where that exist. It's a 2km long space battleship that they call gladiator, built to do one thing really well: be the god of dakka. each broadside is lined with 10x2 cannons which fire sequentially, and because the game it's in is based around MOBA, it means it has across to abilities that can further enhance its dakka, plus a levelling system which can enhance its fire rate so it's basically shooting a wall of steel. To get a idea: get a Worcester with reload mod. That is slightly slower then rate of fire you get when at lvl 1, no modifiers applied. But imagine it maxed out in levels dedicated to boosting ROF, you are now basically firing 2x10 volleys every second. Remember what I said it has an ability? It is called phanax, and it amplifies ROF by 20% at the cost of engine power, becoming more potent as the base ROF gets higher. Even if that is still not enough dakka, there is a side grade which does it by 25%, which combined with the correct upgrades, at max level+Team buffs can allow it to shoot 7x10 volleys every second. Also, my definition of dakka is you have a high ROF that actually does something, so shooting peas at 1000RPM is still peashooter. Here, a Worcester have a high rate of fire, but AP does nothing vs BBs and at best can only kill a bb in 5 mins with HE spam. A fully maxed out dps build+team buffs on the gladiator can rip apart another capital ship in 40s. it is balanced by the fact it's in a MOBA oriented game, where AOE, abilities, debuffs and buffs are more valued in tanks rather then raw damage, so it's polar oppersite, the colouss which takes 1min to kill a small ship is considered more effective because it has aoe damage, so it always takes 1 min to kill a small ship while the gladiator relies on projectile weapons which can be evaded to reduce damage taken, so time to kill varies greatly and the fact that the colouss has a stun ability which is considered to be one of the most powerful abilities(forcing someone to stop moving entirely is a death sentence for a repair ship) while the gladiator...well let's just say dakka is also a utility, in terms of red guys cannot shoot you back if they are dead.

That is What I’m saying, AP is ineffective vs all of the 32mm bows at high tier unless you are in a Yamato class BB, while HE can pen regardless of angle, with the only need for IHFE. in my opinion though, the problem is very deeply engrained in the fact that we still use HP bars for boats, and how WG designed shell/armor interaction. -

I say it’s because of the bowcamping thing going on at higher tiers, since 32mm can pretty much bounce every thing but Yamato class 46cm guns, so HE spam is more feasible. -
This is my tactic, always manually relock before fire, only once I have derp dispersion, but was vs a bow on dd anyway at 16km.

It will allow the buffing of torps for one thing, in terms of conclement, speed and raw damage. correct me if I’m wrong, i belive torp damage cannot be repaired very easily(10%, like citadels) -

Should have made this clearer :P, divide the current flood “dps” by 4 or something, or heavily reduce duration, then apply it that way. also it appears that warships often slow down or stop to assist in managing flooding, not sure how we can apply it here apart from the current “lose speed when you are flooding” -

Well Yamato was hit by 10 torps, what I meant is when you get hit for flooding by 1 torp, you can lose a pretty large chunk of your hp if you don’t do anything, since flooding does not actually calculate how many torps you have taken in the past like fire does. Plus damage caculations for it is percent based, which means large ships, which theoretically should take far longer to flood, actually floods at roughly the same rate as a smaller boat here, just that you have repair party to mitigate some of the damage. i find the current system mostly reasonable for fires however.
