BB KII Tier 8 Japan premium,
Torps do go off even if the target is within the "safe-circle", ether the visual 'safe-radius' is wrong or the Torpedoes go off even without reaching the Circle (inner circle, right "next" to your Ship)
Happend twice today, once in a Co op game, second was sadly a friendly US light cruiser, tier8 Cleveland. He came along for a cuddle and i wanted to scare him off with torps knocking... !without detonation, checked for the radius twice!
2. Reproduction steps
This happend in a "normal match" and in a coop (coop was a bot, eating the torpedoes within handshake range)

got Pink :/
Torps should haven't gone off, i guess that needs a fix, ether the visual "safezone" or the delay for Torpedodetonation is not set correctly
4. Expected result
Torps should have simply bounced off into the deep sea and vanish, no damage dealt and only a noisy impact should occure
