This is really appreciated Wargaming. Out of a free Super Container.

Everybody should of course do what he or she wants to do, but I closed my wallet. Like I wrote before I think it is very customer unfriendly.

I look at it from the bright side of life. My wallet is closed and it feels fantastic.

For me it is simple. I used to be a loyal customer. But for me to stay a loyal customer I want to be treated customer friendly by a company. AND NO, not just me I want us all to be treated customer friendly. I want EVERYBODY to get the same customer friendly treatment. We deserve this in my opinion when you spend so much money on a game. The way this issue is solved so far is in my opinion the perfect example of not being customer friendly. I have the right to have that opinion and to give that opinion here. I wish you all a very nice evening.

I did not say this to give it the ridiculous interpretation that you make. You give interpretations to things only you make. For starters, I did not say I want to be treated better than somebody else. I want ALL customers to be treated customer friendly. And no, it is not too much to ask to be treated customer friendly. Total nonsense what you write else about me and other people in this post. But I will stop this and not argue with you any longer, because you will then again give it your own twisted interpretation.

When you would had been such a loyal customer as I would had been in the past then you would understand. But I am no longer a loyal customer and there is a good reason for that. But you are entitled to have your own opinion. All I said is that the gift idea was a great idea, but when you promise something then you should stick to that promise and you should do so on the promised data. For that reason I am disappointed. That is my opinion and I am entitled to have that opinion. All the other things you write about me or other customers is total nonsense. A customer has the right to not be happy about the way he is treated and a customer here has freedom of speech. I do not insult anybody and I am still respectful so in my opinion there is no reason at all to react to me the way that you did. Have a nice day.

They really disappointed me with this behaviour. The coupon was a great idea, but not when you treat your customers like this.

We need clarification from Wargaming about the enormous bug that Flamu has found that turns normal guns into railguns. I would expect a statement from Wargaming about this issue and action to fix it.

This was handled well by Wargaming. These things can happen, but when it happens it has to be solved quickly in my opinion. So well done!

I must say I applaud this news. I am very happy with it. Well done Wargaming.

Exactly Tanaka_15. Work day and night and fix it, that is the solution! The only route that Wargaming in my opinion should take.

Dear friends that play this game, I removed my topic. It has no use. I really hoped that my post could change this game for the better. Not for me, but for you.
