It has not much to do with tier + or - as the WR of the players on the teams. WG says the dont mach up with WR but that is just bull crap. Ofc they do that. So if ur pink or smt like that u get worse teams. And no way i can play 20 games all with win/lose... that is not random at all. So WG controls the game as some ppl call rng. Anyway the game i just crap now. So [edited]1 sided now. Huge win or huge lose. NO close games. And most games r decited in about 3 min. So u know if u win or lose. And if u r set to a huge loss u would normally leave the game why the try to provent that. I still leave tho. Why spend 5-10 hrs a month playing a game u know u lost and all will die in 10 min. Just as crap as WOT now. No wonder so many ppl leave the game.
