You can always move clan, if yours does not play CB. We are taking - however: certain rank . certain number of battles . certain thing can filter the guys you dont want ... and lets not forget leagues ... ...this does not apply. We take people that WANT TO PLAY CB, are kinda social and play OK. No matter WR (much...) if you want to learn it's OK. We will take in people that are active in discord, and we will have a few games with them in divisions before we approve them. And those are different criteria than WeeGee will have. Rank, number of battles et cetera - you may end up a with unfriendly a-holes that are 60%, but that are only there because they have PTW ships and do not give a damn about team play at all. Simple though: if your clan does not offer what you want from it, change clan. It is easy enough.

This though, I do not like. I would not trust WeeGee making decisions for me... As I am confronted with the effects of those decisions all the time in randoms. As such I would want that us as a CLAN makes these decisions, not WeeGee.

Best thing would probably be to have ONE discord especially for mercs. They can all shack up there, and clans would know where to get their mercs from. We are starting something similar with a few other clans I guess. Because sometimes you have 6 CB-players, other times you have 10 or more... but not 14. But you can't keep on rotating people in and out, it is quite bothersome.

Dunno about B0t routes. I managed to save that dumb captain from Scshors once in an operation, by parking a CV in front of him. Managed to do the same with Parks when there was still operation Dynamo (great fun that was, bring it back, probably no chance...). Parks proceeded with the other ships, and the Schchorsszz also went on as if he lost his suicidal tendencies (he managed to live the whole game). Here you see Parks making it to the cliffs of Dover.

Yes exactly. And that happens even if they are from own clan. Indeed that is really terrible. We often need a merc and we have some regulars, but we could not find them at all. Also, they could not find us... as a result we missed quite a few battles because of time wasted. We also had to quit last night because could not get any mercs, and two of us had other things to do.

Well maybe they ARE looking: "hey look they hate them". And then: "OK let's stuff it down their throat and make 'em swallow". You ever wonder what profession they had before this one?

I'm sure it is some kind of "lag" stuff. We had it in CB, our clanmate was "greyed out" in the clan-chat. We could not invite him, and when you hovered the mouse over it it said "offline". But you could still see his name, and also see when he went into a battle. Also he could still join the division just fine, even if we could not invite him, and enter battle with us. While loading into battle it showed the whole 7-player division but his ship was not shown. Stronk Programmink comrades...

Well yes if they kick out (most of) the fantasy ships. Should be at least kinda historic. Or make some OPS for those scenarios.

I dunno. I always use it to spade ships, also when I am re-doing a line for RP. But yes someday that will also be finshed, true. And then all the captains to 21 points? IMO it would be better if they offered some "weird" ships for free XP, like Ise/Tone.

It is really simple. The only counter to a CV, is another CV. Proof: And you better learn to play them, else you're also screwing your team. That said - I am also messing with DDs now, and yes it is difficult. But due to the fact that I do play CV, well, I sort of know what they can do and what they cannot do. CV usually doesn't kill me. Now, I just have to stop getting killed by the other damn DDs.

OH LORD LOOK WHAT WE DID Ok we were clicking in, but still... we met Masterrr @El2aZeR and his Mighty Enterprise... and I was in Kaga. But fortunately I brought some teammates... El2azer also had some good ones [PONY] clan, anyone? But we managed to beat them!!!! Even a unicum CV cannot carry potatoes... against some other potatoes that co-operate? In the end, managed to finish off his Enty... sorry masterr, I just had to.

I do not especially like CVs as such, but the thing is - if I do not play them, and my clanmates don't either, what will happen? We will get steamrolled if WeeGee put them in CB. Which I knew they would do, so better learn, or suffer. So: GitGud needs to happen. The only one I consider a challenge is Ark Royal, fail-divving that into T9 (Ark + Sims) is just hilarious (it also shows how broken CVs are). IMO CVs are also easily fixable. But WeeGee just will not do it, because that would mean they get too hard to play. I think, so what, there are other classes that people can play. For example if you ever see me in DD, start laughing. I suck very much playing DD, because I lack the reaction speed. I can still play BBs and cruisers though.

Karma does not go below zero (or else mine would be a negativity record, as I play CV, and Smolensk, and all that...). But I have even gotten positive karma when playing FDR (I managed to kill al the enemy superships, LMAO, and their CV). At the moment my karma is around 10, so I guess, time to play more CV...

Yes, as in: you cover one and get -11 karma. There's the thing though, you have the idea that other players would think as a team. Simply put: they don't. CV gave the other teammate cover, he did not cover me (even if at other side of the map), CV baaaadddd MoFo. I bet not. Also I wonder how you'd get points for that.

I'd not know of anyone wanting to play that role, because all that wil happen is the whole team will call you names - as they all want to be first served. I think the CV player will then be the most hated player in the game, and he will really want to return to the good old days of being hated but at least wrecking the haters.

I saw @T0byJug and an old clanmate of mine in battle today. Was having a LOL with my old clanmate as we were contesting caps. Him in Fubuki and me in Aigle, surprisingly my team won (I suck in DDs). He torped our Fubuki at the start... but he could not get me and I took the cap. We had a jousting match the whole game. I managed to shoot him a few times when he came too close. They had a shite team though, even a [SCRUB]lord could not prevent the loss.

Yesterday we had a T5/6 faildivision, Ryujo + Fuso + Kamikaze R. Sure enough, we got a T8 game with double CV, T6 (Ranger) + T8 (Kaga B). Our division killed BOTH CVs... and we won as well.
