Have been though LOTSA TIMES in a T8 (or do you think that doesn't count). Even that T8 must make at least 30k (I usually manage that, even if it's a ROFLSTOMP or a potatocart). Else, even in that one, you make a loss on credits. The problem he is having is he wants to know what premium BB. I'm just telling him NOT to take a T8... when you are uptiered, you'll be happy if you do not LOSE credits. Yes, that will be the same problem with a premium T8. I use top camo and flags.... It's fine in T8 (get average 80k or so). THEN yes you make money. In T9 you're food. I think he'd better get a T9... or T6/7. In a T8, you have the MM problem. I also doubt if he'd like playing piñata. I know. After T7 King Grog the Filth and grinding the extras and upgrades for the constantly uptiered Monarch... well... ---> ---> I'm just hoping Lion and Conqueror are worth it.

They cost more, too. I mean in REAL money, AND in game-credits for service. The Monarch does OK, if I get more than 30k damage I make money. But not nearly as much as with the T5/T6/T7 premiums. The main thing I use them for is captain grinding and stuff though.

Well, if it is any help, just about ANY BB gets HE spammed to death nowadays. I used to be able to brawl in USA BBs (< 5km, bam bam!) but that also just doesn't work anymore. There's just too much HE spam, no matter what tier but getting worse with higher than T6. When detected, everybody sees a big burn-piñata and if you cannot hide then you are toast.

Haven't found it to be any better MM this weekend, derped around t in T5/6 and found that hilarious though.

Come on, Tirptiz is still good. Unless it is a Derpitz, you will find out quickly though. There's lots of them around always watch carefully in my slow T6 US BB. Derpitz tastes nice, Tirpitz can pretty much bite your butt if you're not any good.

I just pretend I am an Omaha in T6 when I get uptiered to TX in my Monarch... And in the current meta I'd NEVER buy a premium T8 BB. Would you buy a Marblehead Lima for 40 euros? Instead I got Texas. It's hilarious, makes 200k every game even if I potato in it. If I get a CV in game AND my team doesn't potato it can make upto a million credits. ROFL.

We went for a bit of sealclubbing... not much for 'Black friday' so we decided to buy some that were on sale already... So yeas we bought Tachibana Lima and Smith... LOLOLOLOLOL. And we also bought Texas... both of us... and divved up... HAHAHAHAHAHA! Yes I admit it... it's sealclubbing... but hey... can't restist. This one wasn't even the worst of it.

I think that's funny, because being a total potato and managing to get a steel ship is kind of an art too. Like: being able to afford internet, time, and making up excuses for never doing anything else but having 1 minute games. Think about the effort being totally crap and managing to feel good about it. I couldn't do it... I bet you can't either...

Also, I found in Killer Whale there are now SIX 'attack waves' trying to come into harbour. We even had a potato DD (that was calling me names for killing everything that tried to enter the harbour from north side). I died as should (half the team made it into escape spot). Guess what... ...and then they even forgot to kill those two 'CV replacements', ended with zero stars LMAO. I'm gonna farm the hell out of it in Arizona and Leander for sure. BTW if you take a gunboat DDs are not useless at all. My div-mate makes top dog.

man it is dead-easy now. I just pick Arizona and I think we can do it with 3 or 4. Must talk to team boss of AS13, he likes 'pants down mode'(= see how many we need to get 5 stars, any operation). I have never played it - more like: part of getting hit by HE is still alpha damage. Yeah I know... baaadddd bad bad.... probably will kick it out next captain re-spec. Served me well on KGV though.

Agreed. But in the stages where you in a BB are reaching a DM, usually either you or him have less friends... depending which team had the most potatoes. That's usually all they do, spam HE. But mind... the alpha damage (ex specially if he has IFHE) does add up. You will NOT be able to heal 100% of what he does, if he hits you multiple times, 30% of it (or so) is gonna stick. Yes, AP is very very very dependent on angle. In Monarch the trollish dispersion is also pretty "facepalm", usually. I have (almost afraid to say it) IFHE on the Monarch... since King George wouldn't do a thing either, it's actually a leftover. But a handy leftover... HE (almost) never shatters... shoot a salvo at a Currywurst and they all go in. The more I hear, the more I am leaning towards "it's a keeper".... Lion next, after that Conqueror. Though I get a lot of salt in chat... when citadelling angled cruisers.

I mean he does not have to chase your BB... he can reach you a LONG time before you manage to get so far away as to be undetected. Usually, when I find one alone, I start rushing him. Most of the time I'l get him, too. But if he has friends... not so.
