Monarch can (I also think King George V, but would not recommend that...). Yesterday I killed 2 DDs and capped. Pre-load the HE, and go for it. I'm sure Scharnhorst has HE too? Yes of course you'll have to be vigilant on torps... check when they just fires them... and SHABANG.

If you have the Jingles Captain, then if your boat gets sunk, captain should shout: 'Blame Billy'. Also, the ships horn should play 'God Save The Queen'. This will be good. I'll make sure I find some way to get him as commander.

Did, but I chose CE on Dallas before IFHE. I'll try it the other way see if it is better. The damage is not the problem though on that ship... Most however do not even have a 10-pointer on there. And then you cannot get IFHE and neither can you get CE. Yes, clearly shows you have received 28k because of fires and 60k because of alpha-HE damage. I guess I'll have to post a pic of how the average potato (that would be me) does experience fires.

Yes you are. That is usually how the Colorado goes down with me. Usually I concentrate on taking one with me, and hope my mates save me. You do not take a constant rain of HE, the ship is quite manouvrable. Also, they miss a lot. And shatters. But the thing is - even if they get no pen, they'll make sure you are CONSTANTLY on fire. I'll take a screenie next time they BBQ me. The damage from the fires is much more than from the pens. You use your Helena - and it has IFHE, and therefore it does lots of pens. But usually that is not the case in T6. I have been spammed to half-health by nasty DDs. Because they still cause fire. Doesn't matter what caliber you have with fire. (oh, and those mongrel DDs are even harder to hit than a Helena). I think you'll just have to be convinced by the screenies then. Also - remember that at T6 not everybody has a 19pt captain.

With some friends, the reload doesn't matter. I have found that once detected, in 5 seconds you have 3 fires... If you manage to get away, they'll have them giong again in no time as they are much faster than you. Meh. Happens to me so I'd say it will happen again. Especially if the whole team gets roflstomped, there's not much you can do. In other ships you can run... Who's being unrealistic now... You need a few friends around with this ship. That's true. In a 1v1, it would be a good gamble. But HE spammers travel in groups. If they know you are there, you WILL become their XP-piñata. Might too. Colorado, 1 tier lower. Hmmm. I like it at T7 already. But better Warspite.

Actually there's more but we'll see. Agreed. If you push too far in it, you are dead. Also, a HE-accident usually doesn't come alone. He'll die in less than a minute. As soon as they spot him, all cruisers of the enemy team will be all over him. Now here it gets interesting. Why would he pop damecon, and not let 1 fire burn out? I'd say he gets 3 or 4. THEN he gets out and pops damecon. Say 30 secs, 4 fires - Or he pops it after getting 4 fires, almost gets out and then gets two more. Now... that would be 10sec x4 fires (~12k HP) plus two more, another 12k. He'll then be at half health, just from that encounter. Even if he just gets hit by 4 shells and then two more. could be - except if the former thing happened and leaves you at 50%, then you are repairing and get some more... it WILL BE fire that puts you down in the end. You have to make sure there is ALWAYS a friend between you and the enemy. Map awareness is key. ALso, you are right about the alpha-damage. You can't repair it (can repair part of it though), also the 'heal' will only do 8,4 K. And while it is on cooldown, will do nothing. When you get hit while on cooldown, that fire will do full damage. BTW the Colorado is the ONLY ship I ever had more than 2 fires on... maybe I am careful, or maybe it just burns pretty well.

That is something I usually do in Hood. Sometimes I manage to kill 2 or 3, too.

Utter BS, but hey, that TK doesn't seem the brightest match in the box anyway. My clan do 'synchro click' sometimes, usually when we feel like having some fun after doing operations. All take Omahas, well you will NEVER get ONE team that has six Omahas - but the MM will put those 3 Omahas vs 3 other Omahas. So, 99% chance you will end up facing eachother. Finally we get to decide who is best of clan, LOL. So we're not SAVING each other, in fact the other ones are HIGH on the 'priority to kill' list. Plus each division wants to win, the other v division will hear about that for a few weeks. Hahaha!
