    Yeah I know that, but since I don't know how many bombs/planes... I know in the T6 I can hit quite accurately, say ~70% of what gets dropped, hits. How many full-health Yammies or Sushis do you think you can kill in 20 minutes? Nah I suppose they mean the Enterprise, and as such they mean AP bombs. I'm quite sure I can do it in Ark Royal though, if given 20 minutes and not other opposition. Or teammates... they are usually the most annoying

    I dunno how many bombs are dropped, because which CV do you take? If it is Enterprise, I think 1 bomb per plane, but not sure how many planes it has in a squad/per swipe. I have no doubt whatsoever you can kill 4 Musashis. Say it is last game and all is left is you and 4 full-health red Musashis that were borderhumping. No doubt about who is gonna win - given 15 minutes? I attack Musashi with T6 Ark Royal... There's two ways to do it. 1. Drop squad/catapult: With TB, you get 6 planes, first 3 will drop load before they get shot by fighter. One more will get shot (each fighter shoots 1 plane), two remain. MAYBE die bc AA. But at least 3 torps will hit. 7 planes will return, too. With DB, same thing but I'll get at least one more plane to drop bombs. SO that is bombs from 4 planes, almost guaranteed fire. And 7 planes return. 2. Whack from behind mountain With TB I'll get 6 torps in him. Maybe 5.... but 6 if he wasn't already moving. With DB, well, that won't end well but the first strike he'll get. No planes will return though. So, one strike with torps, one with bombs, and he'll have at least 2 perma-fires. Plane losses are not a problem. I can take the next Musashi right after. Except with ARk Royal that "right after" sometimes takes awhile. I'm grinding the IJN... and haven't got any AP-bombers. Quite sure though I'd take a large chuck out of those 4 Musashis. I have the T6 IJN so far, every time I play it I need to shower twice afterwards...

    I gave him a +1 as I has ROFL because of my own stupidity. Very often my teammates are going #$#&#$#$ and I go LOLOLOL. I never get killed by cruisers in Hood. They can be a major nuisance, but if they get too close o r bother me too much, I can whack ém so hard they never stop running. But they cannot run fast enough, if I really want them, I'll hunt them down.

    Musashi HP = 97300. Bomb damage for citadel = 5.900. Say 5k for easy calculation. 20 hits would do the job. I'd say 5 minutes, max. AFAIK Musashi cannot heal citadel hits. Also his platoon won't save him. He'll not move that much or the home team will get him, they also like Mushshi-sushi. In fact that is the major reason the CV won't kill him outright.

    North Carolina has 66k HP, if a CV would be able to "wipe out 4" regular score would be ~250K. Not even masterrrrr @El2aZeR can do that. Although if nobody else was around, I'm sure he could. The thing: Once you have one BB burning/flooding you take the next. A CV WOULD BE ABLE... it will just never happen. Because once you get a fire going or have the ship halfway dead, your teammates will take it. Only in rare occasions do I get full effect/score from a fire or flooding. Usually: Cv sets fire, ship uses DCP, you come back and he's already burning in 3 places. Which has now made me practise "the art of vulturing around for ships that used DCP". See what that brings. You're far more likely to do stuff like that in a Conqueror or something which has large alpha-strike. I have once surprised a broadside camping RUS Bias Lolibote for 8 citadels. Man, insta-kill. Not gonna happen twice I guess. But possibility for that is much higher than getting such with a CV.

    You don't even have to if you're smart. In Ark Royal, use TB: Wait until they are furthest away - then start the attack. The planes will w attack the charge-flight. But, since you do not l need a long run, you can still drop the stuff. Fighters will shoot the planes. They'll only shoot a max amount of 4, usually. So you can still drop the 2nd load and probably a 3rd (or one torp, to finish it). You really should try it, it's much better balanced IMO. The slow speed of the planes gives ships some reaction time. As in, you HAVE TO try to get all three torps in, broadside won't work (unless he is a non-moving camper...), so you need to come up ~45-30 degrees from behind... and he has time to turn, and avoid, so you'll need to use island or something. If he sees you doing it, well, one or two hits but to get >100 you'll need to get all 3 in. YESSS if you really do good and the victim is a potato DD, well, he dies. But if you're quite average (like me) and he is good, hell no. And if it is a Sims (or a Black...) and he knows how to handle planes, well it is a real challenge (for me). Maybe, but more likely 15-20k. With some luck he gets flooding and uses DCP, I got 30+K form one hat did that. My "3rd strike" one torp caused a perma-flood. It was a T8 North Carolina. Yes, came back with DB, set 3 fires, and he died. But that's rare, and some teammates also leached some dmg. I need to practise more and it will get less "accidental". I suppose masterrrr @El2aZeR can kill "at will" like that in Enterprise or some other CV. I'm not that good, but learning. Most CV players are more potato than me though so the risk is not that great. And then this: I do not care if I get T8 (or even T9) in a T6 CV. I'll usually do ~50k in Ark Royal, no matter. If I try hard and get a "lucky game" (reds have Bayern, Viribus, something like that) and the game lasts >15 min I make 100K. It's no that hard and I'm not even really going for the dmg record yet. In Furious it is sort of "easier". Because it has faster planes (ships have less time to avoid) and you have only 2 torps (not easy to hit all 3 in AR). I did > 100k in it when AA was at so called "insane level". I like Ark Royal for the challenge though. WG should make CVs more like this. I suggest they fill out the uneven tiers this way, too. Make the T7 (& T8 premium) have Furious loadout, just one more plane, or something. Might even be OP as hell...

    Nah, the shame in it (for me) was that I was trying to get it. I should have, but I was tunnelvisioning too much, and then half the shot I fired hit an island... When he came around that island he torped me. Well done for him though.

    Correct Masterrrr. I would just ignore those planes and use the others. So would anyone with any intention of doing well/annihilating the reds/making worthwhile XP.

    THIS I agree on, however why is it so crap I can't beat my own Lexi numbers. Hell I have better numbers when uptiered in Furious... Must Git Gud, somehow... grinding a 19pt captain on Ark Royal, see if it helps any.

    Make that upto T8.... plenty times the team lets through a DD that goes after the CV. Sometimes it is even two DDs, a cruiser and a BB. Well... try to kill them all...

    Ah you mean YOU can do it masterrr. But I am yet a padawan. Have some successful attempts though in Ark Royal. Yes the force is stroongggg in that one, too. But alas it is also mighty ff-ing slow. I like the challenge though. In Lexi it is a bit easier unless you get T10. Then you must choose which ones to harvest first...

    Narai is T7, also it has a crapload of BBS (if you can finish them all before it ends). Hint: use Hood, kill the CV and go to rear entrance. In the end, just ram the Lolorado... Also, the highest damage you get when you're the one going to kill the transports (Fiji best). But the trick with ARk Royal is to get all three torps into the buggers. Never torp broadside. Torp them ~ 45-30 degrees coming up from the rear. ALso, never use the rockets unless you have to - then use them to set fires to anything. Remember, B0ts use DCP at the first fire/flooding. It DOES pay off to be accurate after that, rather than fast. Happy harvesting !

    Well meh, last weekend I had multiple times where my team just went hobmobbhing, and my CV got deleted... by about half the other team. "Stay behind your team"... OK... damn they sometimes melt fast eh. Still funny. Sometimes I kill a bunch of the reds that attack me, and some are even good. At least too good for me to finish before they get me. Yes, 14.2 klicks detection range is a thing. I think I'll have to become an expert in "how to stop the lemming train".

    I think I might like 'em... I also like it (Omaha one of my favourites, well, turned out there's a RUSSIAN BIAS OMAHA... and got it for... coal I think... or on sale 5 euro). I'd hate to advise it to our statpadding buddy@Thundercracker_3 here, because, it is still a floating citadel and it DOES get to see T7. I dunno if he likes blappable cruisers. If he does... Exeter... will take that 18pt cappy just fine... just saying... also sees T7 (a lot) though. If not he'd be better off taking HOSHO... (OK there I said it, more CVs, well, you may kill me now). Just for THE LULLZZZ me thinks.

    I love my Hood.... most played ship... 50% more than the nex most-played ship (Arizona). Now learning CV tricks... I have all of the US line, almost have all RN... grinding the IJN... and have Ark Royal. Which is somewhat of a struggle to do really well in but almost impossible to FF-up.

    Conqkek doesn't care about being seen, you will see it when it is too late to save your Smol. From 10k (outside torp range) Conqkek will just pump smoll full of big fat HE which will still citadel it. I do it to Mino... which is more dangerous because of the torps. Smol HE on zombie heal... Smol cannot win.

    Warspite is really good. I'll get her when on X-mas sale, so far I kept the Queen Elizabeth - with a perma-camo. But... If you really want to pad stats - get a T4 cruiser and play it until you have a 19pt captain. Kuma is good... with IFHE... Buy a 10-pointer from the Arsenal (or whatever they call it now) and stick it on Kuma or a Premium that you like. That will grind faster and also give you credits. A 10-pointer at T4 is quite good... Hmmm.... T4 gets +/-1 MM, so you only meet T3 and T5. Maybe play CV if you want to be really harvesting salt... (I suggest Hosho...). If you go T5, you'll get +2/-1. Means sometimes you get T7. And there you'll meet a-holes like me with a Hood and a 19pt captain... no good.
